The courier guy driver knocked a parking structure which my car was parked under causing a metal pole to fall on my car. I reported the incident to the police and the company and to date I don't even have a claim number. They have given me the insurers details without any reference. Bitterly disappointed with how the matter was handled.
Hi guys I have to share my experience as I believe that people need to know and be cautious when purchasing cars. I purchased my car a 2022 hyundai creta from hyundai in pinetown upon driving it out of the dealership I heard a rattle on the 3rd gear I reported to the salesman who requested that I bring the car back and the workshop will check it. Long story it's a year later the workshop has checked my car over 15 times and they haven't been able to resolve this issue. I escalated to the ombudsman and even they cannot make a decision. In waiting for an outcome and entire year has passed and I'm still paying for a defective gear on a brand new vehicle.Im sharing my story as I thought the issue would be resolved and I would share a positive story of how hyundai and the ombudsman assisted me in resolving this issue but sadly that was not the case. I was left hanging as I was told by hyundai the issue is not serious and the ombudsman is still dealing with the issue.Please be very careful when buying vehicles and I would strongly advise that the owner takes matters into their hands and not follow process otherwise a year later nothing will be done. So disappointed with how my daughter was treated when she mistakely ordered the wrong pasta. When requested if it could be returned she was taken aside and spoken to rudely by the manager. Embarrassed in presence of friends she paid for her meal and didn't eat it. If these were adults I'm sure the outcome would of been different. Treat our children with respect when they visit your restuarant. Never going back....
Hi I purchased a brand new creta from hyundai pinetown. The car has a rattle on the 3rd gear. After going to the dealership 4 times and reporting to hyundai sa I received no assistance. I reported to the ombudsman and I'm still waiting for help. I'm paying for a brand new defective car I will not purchase from this dealership again. They are not helpful. They are unable to resolve the problem neither can they replace the car they are very content to let me suffer for their issues. Disappointed customer pathetic service.
