It's been 3 weeks with no electricity at Osizweni section D. We've been calling eskom but they just come and not fix anything, they don't even give us feedback.
I placed an order on the 12th of April 2023 but I didn't receive a confirmation email even though the payment went through and I've got proof of payment. I contacted them and it seems like they not willing to assist me and won't refund my money.
I was suppose to get my parcel on the 23rd of December 2022 but no one contacted me from their side,now when I call to query about My parcel they tell me that my tracking number doesn't exist and the status keeps on changing at first it said recipient was not home now it says parcel changed couriers.
I ordered jewelry at lovisa 22 December 2022 was suppose to get my parcel on the 23rd of December 2022 but the courier did not even send me an sms or call me,now I can't even get hold of them because I don't have their details, I don't know if they've lost my parcel.
I placed an order on Thursday on the 22nd of December 2022 and the courier guy supposedly came to deliver but I never got a call or message to inform me that they are delivering or they are at the gate up until I tried to track my order, since then I haven't got an message from both lovisa andcourier company. I placed a complaint to lovisa but didn't get any assistance.I can't even contact the courier company because I don't have their details. This was my first order from lovisa and I got such a terrible service. I would like to get my money back, I don't need their products anymore. I would give them half a star or no star if I could.
