I went to we buy cars the dome today .The worst experience I ever had . I was ready to buy a vechile the sales person was so disrespectful he was more interested in closing the deal than listening to what I had to say .We viewed the car asked some questions and he said he needed to speak to management Anton or Andre .We waited over an hour and never saw him again .I phoned his number several times when he responded with a what’s up management laughed at your request .He didn’t have the decency to connect with me in person again .I think his name was Mkwanasi .
Stay away from this company ! I got a call from one of Ava trade consultants after deciding to download their app and start the application process .This idiot pushed me to make a decision using degrading questions and pressure sell tactics ..I told him where to get off.Imagine what the rest of the company must be like to deal with .If this is their sales force ?
They are a ******* make sure you get a quote before they do any work !
The most inconsiderate airline !I was delayed because of the slow security check in at CT airport on the 26 th of April .5 other passengers and myself where 5 min late .The plane was still stationary and the doors open .It gave the fly Safair attendant much pleasure to tell us we were late .No attempt was made to assist us .My company and its employees will never be seen on a Fly Safair flight .
The worst courier company I ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Vodacom makes use of Skynet to deliver their online orders. You will receive an SMS that your order is out on delivery, expect delivery between 8;00 and 17;00 . This is now day 5 that I had to sit and wait because Vodacom's policy is the person that placed the handset order has to receive it. I have spent hours holding on to Skynet, nobody picks up their calls. Not the dedicated Vodacom customer service line nor any other option. I managed to once speak to some gentlemen at Skynet dedicate Vodacom customer service, that was going to get back to me. I am still waiting for a call back in great anticipation. What a joke of an operation!
I want to give a thumbs up to Dudu at the Germiston south Post office. She went out of her way to track down my parcel. She was friendly and did not give up until I received.my parcel. We need more people like her in the SOE .
Cell C ******** salespeople. My elderly mother of 77 was persuaded by a Cell C sales agent that she is receiving two free cell phones, because she has been such a loyal longstanding customer. She is now being billed for 3 contracts. Her monthly bill has increased from R600 per month to R2056 per month. Which she cannot afford. I have spent countless hours dealing with numerous Cell C customer service agents to find an amicable solution, to no avail. You get passed from one department to the next, no one seems to be able to find a solution or just not willing to assist. In the hope that someone at CELL C sees my review and is willing to help here is your case nr 3061700151

We bought 4 x deep cycle 200 Ah AGM solar batteries in June 2021. Pik was very quick to accept upfront payment and helpful at the time to close the sale. We started experiencing problems with the batteries in October 2022. (These batteries carry a 2-year guarantee from Mustek.) When we contacted Pik for assistance as his company supplied and installed the batteries the excuses and rudeness started. He was not willing to assist in any way. We ended up taking the batteries to Mustek ourselves. Mustek informed me that most of their professional installers will replace the batteries and then take up the guarantee claim on the customers behalf with Mustek. You can expect 0 aftersales service from Pik a LED .
