My experience with Linteg has been very unpleasant. I think it is the worst internet service provider. It’s sad we can’t choose our own Internet provider. We’ve had no internet the whole day and last night. No one wants to take accountability for anything. They are nonsense.
It’s been two days now without breeder connection and some of us are working from home. It’s also a pity that we can’t use our fibre of our choice because it is what the entire estate uses. I’m sick and tired of Linteg because at the end of the month they want their full premium. How can they dispatch two technicians to solve the estate’s issue? It is pathetic and I can’t wait to leave this estate. Linteg has the worst service delivery ever. I hate it.
We bought a car from Hyundai The Glen in January 25th and till today they have not given us plate number. They were all over us when we were buying but now their after service is pathetic. They are a bunch of ****s including the sales manager. If we don’t get our plate number by end of this week they must take back their car. This is utter nonsense.
I must say I’m rather disappointed by the after service I have received so far from Hyndai The Glen. It’s so pathetic. I bought a car from them in January 2023 and got it delivered on the 25th January 2023. They gave me a permit to drive around with while I was waiting for my personalised plates. The permit expired in February and they gave me another one. We are now in April I still have not received my plates. I called their Sales manager who claimed to not be aware of the situation and said she will give me a call. Till today I’m still waiting for her call. I have never received such a pathetic service.
Worst experience ever with these people. They debited my account on the wrong date after I asked them to change the date and they double debited twice in one month. It’s nonsense.
It has been 5 days since I laid a complaint with fnb and I still have received a resolution not even a time frame as to when my query will be resolved. This is really bad service and disappointing to say the least. I have been their client for years. I’m glad that I moved my account. I want my query resolved asap or else I’m taking this further.
I am the process of buying a property and to my surprise when Standard Bank pulled my Experian report it shows that I have 3 Single credit facilities from FNB that out of those two I don’t even know. The last time I checked I only have one single credit facility with them. And now they are messing my credit scoring with accounts that I don’t know anything about.
I went to Mtn Clearwater on the 23rd September to apply for a contract, and I was told that my profile has not been migrated to their new system. They kept on saying they will call me to keep me updated about the progress of the application. Till today I’m still waiting and nothing has been resolved. Their Mtn complaint department is useless. They keep telling me that they have lodged a query with another department but still nothing.
