The product was not great quality and the size I ordered did not fit. Trying to find info to return the dress was challenging and when I finally found the email address and stated that I wanted to return it, they made the process exceedingly challenging. Their ad misrepresented them and the product coming from Mooi &Co Cape Town needed to be returned to Asia. Appalling!
Very displeased with the level of service. The item I ordered was unavailable at the time of delivery. Apparently they tried calling me, but couldn't get through. I received no other form of communication and no other attempt to let me know the item hadn't been delivered. On the website, it said the order was being processed. When I reached out, I was given an apology and the offer of a refund. I would have appreciated some sort of compensation or future discount.
The Rain Internet tower has been down yet I continue to be charged and no one is responding to my customer service enquiries. Incredibly frustrating experience!!!
When it works, Yoco is great! However, their server was recently down and a transaction went through on the client's side, but not on the merchant's side. In other words, a client paid for a service, but the payment is not showing up for the merchant. Yoco has not paid the merchant for the transaction despite evidence that the payment was went through for the client/customer. Yoco's customer service in response to this query has been stocking. They haven't taken responsibility and haven't honored the payment to the merchant.
