No support

Why are your technicians not operating on a normal working day !!!!! Now I call the centre and get told that they can only log tickets. I can do that myself. ..! Rather empower you first contact staff to be technical support over weekends. Then not being able to support your clients for the service we pay you for!!!!

Carwash quality control 1-10

This carwash charge R160 and then the car is still dirty. I will not bring my car back to this place . Harvest place management wow quality control. I am in the car community with about 200 + cars and friend in the Boksburg and kemptonpark area. We will not be supporting this carwash

Food *****s marker North rand road

Why does the delivery trucks have to block traffic in the morning when they do deliveries. EVERY MORNING!!! If your shop is not equipped for the environment it does business in then make a different plan . This food *****s market in Boksburg north rand road is a real nuisance to the community. Please can the traffic police and the Ekurhuleni municipality go do an inspection on the everyday operation of this establishment as this causes more nuisance than anything. You have a ba*****t and an entire parking lot to do delivery in . Why not use that rather than adding to the morning traffic and endangering the public. There is not even a marshaler to regulate the traffic everyone just has to avoid head on collisions?

Store nuisance

We have been staying near food *****s market Boksburg for 4 months now. We have tried to get use to the loud noise from the manner in which the operations of the store handel there business. But every day we get woken up with the store allowing the employees to through wooden pallets from the first floor to the ground. This also happens 03:00am in the mornings . I would just want the management to get the employees to start this specific process after 08:00am in the morning’s. I understand that the store has to continue with there every day business and that is why I am asking simply to start the pallet throwing after 08:00 in the mornings

A simple line relocation nightmare

I have moved house and simply requested that my line be relocated. Up to this point Supersonic have not been able to simply release the line on there side as there excuse is they cant find the line or the address of the house, the worst excuse is its not there line. Having said this Vumatel of whom the line belongs to and the the optic line owner is have already send a technishan to install all the relevant hardware that is required and requested by Supersonic but still no response from supersonic. I have called supersonic multiple times and the only response I get is that the callcenter will get back to me after having to speak to project management. And till now I dont have internet . This is absolutely ridiculous I have another 2 lines with Supersonic that will be canceled due to this lack of support from this ISP

I can not understand why on a normal work day . You are not able to assist in normal business hours. You so openly ask you long standing clients to speak to you on WhatsApp. Than the reply takes 19 hours. When you do reply and request the client to interact and follow a instruction, again it takes hours for you to reply . I am not happy . I have been a client of Nepic and this is the service we get . I have 3 accounts with your company. Come on people
