I called in to cancel my membership. They gave a a cancelation fee which I was aware I should pay. I asked them is this the only amount I should pay and they said yes. I paid the cancelation fee. Month end they deducted money from my account which I reversed because I paid the cancelation fee. The following day I called in and asked about the amount they decucted and they told me it is a fault on their side I do not own anything, I even received a email saying my membership is paid up and canceled. It has been 3-4 months and I still get SMS's saying I need to pay them. After I called in multiple times to sort this out everyone told me they will fix it and still they haven't.
I had arrangements regarding mg account payments. So Virgin Active is deducting the wrong amount. I called the head office and they told me to send an email. So I did they said they will get back to me in 48 hours. Still nothing.
I am a Avon Representive. I receive my order yesterday (02 Dec 2024) this is the third time there is not a product in my box. The 2 previous times I was sending emails and I did not get a response from them. The service from Avon is poor and I am very unsatisfied. If I do not hear from Avon I unfortunately will not be paying the item missing, as this is where I am now. Everytime I must buy a new product out of my pocket, I am tired of this story. I am no longer motivated to continue selling Avon because of this.
On Wednesday they let me know my parcel is out for delivery. When tracking it said wrongly allocated. I called in and asked what happiness and they told me the wrong person took my backage and will deliver in 48 hours. Thursday it said out for deliver, Friday still saying out for deliver and no delivery. It is Saterday still no delivery. I ordered early to make sure the package is here before a special birthday and now I have not received anything. Because they mess up I must suffer the consequenses. Not impressed with their poor service
I opened a credit card. They send me the stement. I made a mayment on 26 September 2023. They are keep on sending emails and SMS telling me I'm late with payment. After I sended my proof of payment to approximately 6 different email and I called in. Now they want to charge me a fee because I'm late. This is really bad. I would not recommen this credit card to any one. I hope I get feedback now because I'm still struggling
Simtan took 95% of our money. They didn't finished our log home. Now they don't want to come and finished neather give back our money. They have a lot of exceases when we confront him. Somethime he doesn't want to answer our calls or messages. We have proof of everything, now he said we are thanking advantage of him but it is the other way around. Even if we complain on Facebook he block us and take of all bad comment so that the public can't see the complains.
Last year we paid up the account. Since then I'm still waiting for a paid up letter. I call every 3 weeks, still nothing. Now my Clearscore still say I own them money. I confirm over the phone my account is paid up but they don't want to fix it.
