I have tried to contact Finchoice to reactivate my mobi account. However i am constantly waiting for long periods of time in the line for an agent to take the call. And my break times are very short to hold on the line for so long. I have tried to email as well but no responses..
So generally I have excellent service by Fasta. However today, afta countless emails and trying to get an agent to chat with me, it's very impossible,and frustrating. I settled my account on the 3rd march, and spoke to an agent yesterday to confirm they received payment. She said yes and it will for the latest be updated today. However I need to access urgent funds to repair my vehicle as I need to be on the road tomorrow for work. And nobody is getting back to me, or updating my profile so I can get another quotation for a loan... I just need a time line as to when I am able to apply again..
I would like to just express what a joy it is to deal with this loan company. I had an enquiry about my account, and this lovely lady by the name of Janovia fixed it and sent me an email about my loan quotation almost immediately! Thank you so much! Your help is greatly appreciated.
I sent in an application for a loan on Friday the 27th Feb. I am not a new client at all. It stipulates on Ther page that it takes 24hrs for them to get back to me. It's now the 2nd March and I'm STILL WAITING ON A RESPONSE. So on my Mobi Facility App is states that I qualify for a loan increase. I selected yes, then it took me to a page that I needed to fill in, after that it said eitha a consultant will call me back or I can. So I did, needing some funds. I called yesterday at 10am,then again afta 12. Answerd some questions. Only to be told that I need to apply online!! I explained to the agent what it said on my app and she again said I need to apply online! So I email Finchoice of course yesterday, as well as today along with screenshots.. And STILL ABSOLUTELY no feedback!! It's like they know they ***** up and then refuse to atleast reply!! Can someone please get back to me ASAP.
I really hope people read all these below bad reviews as well as mine before making use of this company. Utterly disgusting! I needed the loan for a personal emergency! I app**** 5days ago! Ofcz they were quick to send a Debi check, not once but twice! So I have 2 debit orders goin off month end. NOT only that. I STILL HAVE NOT RECVD MY FUNDS! AFTER SO MANY EMAILS, WATSUP MGS EVEN CALLING THE CALL CENTRE, ALL THEY DO IS PUT THE PHONE DOWN IN YOUR EAR! I have never had to wait so long for a loan! Communication sucks! And all they say is "loan is in process" after 5 days! When online they say turn around can take up to 48hrs!FALSE ADVERTISING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Utterly disgusted by this service! Even after using them for 3years!
