It’s been two weeks asking for paid up letters but nothing no response nothing
My loop has been offline for two days and they keep saying that the loop is offline and my issue has been escalated since on Thursday I don’t have any connection
Good afternoon, my aunt got a call from a consultant from the Vodacom contract department and wanting to offer her 3gig and 100 minutes. My aunt has a contract already where she gets 50 minutes and 5 gig and the payment is R750. The consultant who helped her goes by the name of Ms Moodley . She said it is migration to another 3 gig and 100 minutes. I declined the offer cause already I am paying R750. Then I got a message that on the 15th I have to pay R858 however when I spoke to Ms Moodley I said no. They said I agreed the contract through tobi, yet Ms Moodley called me and we had a conversation through telephone. Can this issue be resolved immediately.
I have logged in a return of the Himost Airfryer which I bought in the 16th April and was delivered on the 22th of April. On the 9th and 10th of June tried using the airfryer however it blowed out cold air and not hot air. I have logged in several complaints and to say that I need my refund however I have not gotten any thing or communication from takealot
I’m so not happy with Old Mutual. I went to cash out my RA first week of July at one of the branches. The process was effective and good. And the system showed me that within 15-17 days I would receive my money. It’s now 20 days I have not received my money. I then decided let me see if I can claim through WhatsApp and it went through. I have both references . I’m not happy.
It’s been a week trying to upload my twins documents because I want to cash out and save the money else where. I emailed and was instructed to delete and install it again which I did. But still the documents were not uploaded. They said I should email the documents I did but still I can’t cash out because the documents are not uploaded. It’s been almost 8 days
Good Morning , last year December they stole my phone . Those thieves managed to send money using my app. Reported the case and now my claim has been rejected because on silly reasons. My question is how did those thieves has access to my banking app? My remote pin was not compromised.
Good Morning It’s been 3 days since I have written about the complaint and no one from Vodacom has consulted me. I’m not happy about the way how my matter is being handled .
Good morning, my story goes like that. My Numbers were due for upgrade. I upgraded one of my numbers which is 0827183640 with a Iphone 13 pro via telephonically. The package came with 2 months free theft cover. Unfortunetly the Iphone 13 pro was absolute. Then automatically the contract was cancelled. Then another consultant offered me Iphone 13 and the package came with 2 months free theft cover via telephonically. I waited for 4 days to be called by a consultant to confirm and agree the contract. The whole process was taking long then I decided to go to a vodacom nearby store to do an upgrade with a different number. The upgrade was successful. I took an IPhone 13. On Wednesday around 2:30 am there was house break in and theft. The thieves got in the house and stole tv, laptop and the iPhone 13. Wednesday in the morning I went to the store to claim my phone because to my knowledge the Iphone 13 has the 2 months theft free cover. Then only to realize that the phone did not have the cover. The manager asked the consultant to claim via the 2 months theft free cover only to find out it was not there. Why was this iphone not covered while the 2 other iphones came with that package. What's worse is that the 1st dèbit will only go through on the 21st of December. Why was this IPhone13 not covered with the 2 months theft free cover. I even has a case number. I am getting the run around.
I am not happy with the service my mum got from Vodacom. My mom did an upgrade on the 1st of November 2022 and she was helped by one lady who did an upgrade of IPhone 13 pro 128 and the lady upgraded us on the wrong package which she did not even tell my mum. Our contract package has always been prepaid but she upgraded us on an open line. Then she wrongfully upgraded my mum’s other number which she upgraded it to an open line and my mum specifically asked her not to upgrade that number and only upgrade the main number she is using. Then she told us that IPhone 13 pro is in stock then the following day we got an sms saying it is out of stock. We waited for a week then called Vodacom only to be told that IPhone 13 pro is absolute. Then we took another 1phone 13 128 on the 11 . We accepted the offer then we have not received any call to confirm the offer. It’s been 3 weeks now trying to upgrade and get a phone. Now we want to cancel all the contract then go to another company because this is unacceptable. Since 2008 till now , every 2 years we upgrade but never experienced this. Now we are told stories when we want to cancel
