Horrible entity, they lack accountability and they will sell you a new car with few weeks it start leaking oil and now they don’t want to replace the engine under warranty and they will come up with stories like you tempered with the car and they start giving you a run around , even their head office is so disorganised and biased . Horrible experience since September last year until this month only for got the car last week thanks to my insurance, and Suzuki will demand money to fix the car but by bit is like those small ****a shops you must have money to top up each week the call and they will demand money to change your paper work at department of transport since they changed the whole engine … don’t go for this guys please
they billed me twice, when i call i am given a run around...cancel them and give them back their routers. i want my money asap your *******.

You guys and Dotsure are running a **** of forcing us to have your tracker now you want me to pay certain amount coz I want nothing to do with Dotsure, your consultants never disclose that clause please make sure you come take your tracker it’s even useless I can’t even have the app to monitor it like it’s dull … since my case is handed over to you what’s the feedback?
Been with them for 2 weeks on car insurance, so I decided to cancel my insurance yesterday boy oh boy now there is drama with tracker, apparently I can’t cancel tracker or else I pay R2500 … they never disclosed any information about trackers when I joined I was just told that the package comes with tracker… since I told them they never disclosed they said they will get back to me until today … so unprofessional and a **** I won’t pay Netstar any cent if their collaboration is about taking advantage of us…
