These guys have a 110 000 000 excuses when it come to paying a claim, For a peace of mind , stay away from them , the only Joy they have is taking Money from the client's accounts , they are not shy to pay 3% of a claim and the 97% will be paid by the customer.
Worse service u can ever get @ Game stores in Tygervalley , No customer service from the store or whatever Manager that guy is , all I asked was for a refund of the delivery free as i would collect my own goods , guy said I need to go to Kenilworth , just to show he had no idea of what he was saying , He then changed his tune and said they will call the store where I bought goods from and he is stupid enough to speak Afrikaans with his staff , thinking could not hear him, more pathetic was his staff member who, when I said , I would return what I bought did not even care, this makes 1 wonder , do these people have passion for customers or did the accept the jobs only because of an income...
