Mcdonalds Kuils river next to food *****s is the worse place when it comes to customer service, they are 24/7 open from Thursday to the weekend. I went there on Thursday night to buy food i arrived there at 23:40 i stood in the line drive through for half hour to order than waited and waited to pay. i got out of the vehicle and asked to speak to the manager to find out what is the hold up instead this manager was so rude to me while i was still speaking to him he closed the window on me and told me he is not going to give me his name because i told him i am going to report him. I eventually got his surname from the casher who was also very scared to tell me. He is known as Mr Aron. We got our food at 01:15. The next day i went back to the store to lay a complain because the food that we got was spicy while we asked for not spicy food as a result i could not eat my food because of ulcer. On top of all i feel he gave us spicy food to spite me. So the next day i was told that Mr. Edward is the store manager and he will contact me regarding this managers behavior Its been a week later and nothing but i understand now why because i spoke to the stuff this is not the first time the manager is use to do this thing because he speaks like this to the staff as well and nothing happens to him. This is the reason why the casher was so afraid to give me his name. This is unacceptable. They know that they are trading 24/7 so they must plan better for the weekend
I have a tracker in my vehicle for the last two and a half years with cartrack about three weeks ago i called the customer service to in form them i am buying a new vehicle and the tracker to be installed in the new vehicle i spoke to many agents and all they do is to say they have been sending emails to Cape Towns brunch who will make contact with me its three weeks later i am still driving my vehicle without a tracker no one is taking responsibility Selo the manager/supervisor till Kia, Fikile and so the list go on with all the names but i have paid my full monthly subscription the old vehicle is standing with the tracker unit at vw now they tell me i cannot get a new device unless they take the old one out and if they dont get the old device i will be liable for the cost of the old device but i have informed them three days in advance that i am buying a new vehicle and they will make sure they exchange the unit on the day i take delivery of the new vehicle the Cape Town brunch that was supposed to phone has not phone me up till today i cannot recommend car track to anyone or my friends now that i want to cancel my contract they tell me i will be in brich of my contract are they not in brich they does not even deserve a one star for their poor service
Our vehicle was serviced at McCarthy two weeks later the vehicle was towed back to the dealer for a radiator leak the service agent told me vw will pay for the damage because the vehicle is still under warranty he did not even phone me he just send me WhatsApp pictures and tell me vw is not going to pay i must pay R11 000 to replace the radiator because the vehicle was in an accident i told him the vehicle was never in a accident when i got at the dealer and start asking questions about the damage he called the service manager who didn’t like my questions a real racist white man who thinks nothing of none whites he told the service agent take the car off and put it outside if I don’t want to pay but he did not even put a claim in at vw sa the way i was treated at this place by these people on top of it when i contacted vw customer service they just listen to his story three different stories as to what happened to the radiator this service manager thinks absolutely nothing of none whites because if i was white he would never treated me like this they just put my vehicle outside and i had to make plan to get the vehicle home and fixed they does not even deserve a one star
I have registered a claim with Discovery on the 14 November 2022 and received an automated message that Mzwake Radebe that he will contact me but up until today he has not made contact with me i have send him numerous emails and he did not respond. I Send an email to Abigail Estruizen and she she replied she is not my agent Mzawke must contact me. He has decided to pay my claim a lessor amount as to which my item was specified for. This i requested the managers to contact me but no response. The managers that was suppose to contact me is A Juneel and Kedibone up to today nothing no phone call this is the type of service i receive from Discovery insure. Every time when i phone to speak to the managers they are in a meeting and i am sick and tired of that line because they always in meeting but does not return calls to their clients. i have no words for this service they does not even deserve a rating of one star.
