I would give a 0 star rating but it won't allow it. I remotely purchased a BMW R18 motorcycle with low mileage and in perfect condition. What arrived in Cape Town was seriously damaged. I contacted them immediately and was told it was insured so all will be remedied. Not so not insured. In addition after seeing the repair quote from BMW Motorrad Cape Town they refused to pay and there started the run around. Finally I accepted some unneeded product offers at a reduced price - yes I had to pay them an additional R12000 just so I can hopefully sell the items to get some funds to repair the damage. Then, nearly a month later, I fetch my bike now finally road-worthied, registered and licensed, only to find myself on the side of the road with a dead battery that needs replacing. Bike back with BMW Cape Town (who are brilliant) and told that the bike has not been serviced and recorded by BMW Richards Bay so Bike is in some sort of default. I have been a loyal BMW motorcycle owner for nearly 30 years always had exceptional service. This has to the worst experience i can remember and the worst part is that it is not yet over.
They changed their model; orders I’ve R500 free deliver. Now pay delivery on everything. Because they force either pay or pay monthly I have found other companies like Makro that stick to their promice. Dam and I used to like and trust takealot
One agent available, four people waiting and more arriving. 15 minutes spent and ongoing on an elderly client - this is good. But one agent!! My 2nd attempt to resolve a simple issue, where an extended wait with no sign of a single person serviced meant I had to leave and consider another visit.
Could someone help to Stop this constant harassment. I spoke with them and they agreed to remove me from their call list. Weeks later it starts again with multiple daily calls. Every day around 10:00 without fail I get a calls from Clientele who use a rolling number system so Apps such as Truecaller cannot block them. It is absolute harassment and indicative of the ethics Clientele.
Wont stop pestering me. i have had to terminate my messaging service. Terrible company. It seems this company is known for this and wont stop
Online Fraud/Con. 6 weeks and no product. no response to emails, support is non-existent. They have the gall to constantly request i become a member. I have to write off nearly R3000.
