I have had it with this insurance company, this is exactly the reason i left them. Getting ahold of them is close to impossible. They take weeks just to reply to anything, no phone lines. I request my insurance history last week and I am still waiting for a reply for them. It was the same with claims when i was still with them
When it is time to claim or cancel insurance, they are no where to be found. I have been trying to cancel my policy with them and Hlulani just ignores me when I mention canceling, Pineapple are ******. Cheaper is not always better, they have hidden excess amounts. I am really not happy with pineapple. If you are looking for car insurance, then dont waste your time with these ones, they are a headache and hard to get ahold of
They take my money every month for tire insurance but when its time to pay, they will take you from pilar to post and look for excuses not to pay. Do not waste your money taking out any motorvaps products. It has been over 2 weeks with my tire and rim stuck at the service provider because of no payment from motorvaps
I have had it with this company, i took out tire insurance with them. I have been paying for over a year, the cover covers me for R5000 a tire, after i hit a pothole, a new tire costs 4000 and since there was 4mm thread left, they have to pay 2000, which is still below the 5000 they promised. They say the tire is expensive. I then go to HI-Q to get a cheaper tire, and it gets approved and now they are coming up with stupid excuses not to pay. I got into an accident which wasn’t my fault in april, the third party agreed that it was his fault. I claimed from my insurance knowing that they would claim from the third party. My claim took weeks to be approved, it has been over 2 months since the car was fixed and they are dragging their feet on claiming from the third party. I have had multiple attempts to contact them on their app and they just ignore me, any Ideas on how I can get my access money back
This company took advantage of me, they charged my an overnight delivery fee and now they are telling me that I will recieve my goods after 4 day. At this point, i am sure post office would have been better. Im sick and tired of these companies charging us exorbitant amounts only for them not to deliver
WesBank is not answering their phones or emails. I had app**** for private finance and they are just dragging their feet and not responding to emails. The car that I wanted to buy is about to get sold and it’s just vibes there by WesBank. Not taking my application seriously
Since I joined standard bank by signing up for a young professional account. They have always been difficult in my times of need, if they every convince you to make that switch. Don’t. You are better off at another bank. When I bought my first car they refused to finance me, I am now in the process of buying my second one and they are doing the same thing. The bank they convinced me to leave is the one helping me for the second time. I will be closing my account with standard bank. I can’t live like this
I got in an accident on the 17th of April. It is now the 26th. I have handed in my claim and pineapple has been quiet. Today the debited their premium in my account and my car is still damaged. No one is getting back to me on their app. It’s just vibes at pineapple until you need help. They send you information on how many people your premiums have helped. When it’s time for your premiums to help you. They are nowhere to be found.
