Useless useless useless insurance! Never take out a policy with this incomptent organization. Never answer their calls!!! Claims consultants have no idea what they are doing. My claim was approved weeks ago but now nothing.... no further contact? Disgusted!
Once again, absolutely USELESS!!!!!! Trying to contact anyone at this organization that is not utterly *********** is nearly impossible. Do not event want to detail the fiasco of getting an account set up with them, short story it took them half a month to figure out that my line wasn't installed... but now, they are charging me as if my line was installed and running from 29 March when in fact it only went live on 16 April. And now im being threatened with a suspension for not paying, when i have tried calling, emailing, using their whatsapp line to inform them of THEIR error for weeks now!!!! VOX, you are absolutely useless and should not be allowed to operate in South Africa - *********** and a total disgrace of a company. Your CEO, Jacques Du Toit, should be fired!!!!!!
RIDICULOUS COMPANY!!! NEVER TRUST THEM!!! This pathetic company is not doing ANYTHING about the fact that i DO NOT have a line installed yet, and they seem to think that i do? Very poor service. They order the wrong parts for the very cars they supposed to specialise in. They don't contact you to provide updates. When there are further delays to receiving your part, as a result of their mistake, they do not consider extending any possible courtesy. Very dissapointing.
These guys are ridiculous. They tried to charge me for two fibre accounts when i only have one... my bank rejects the debit order and now they suspend both accounts. No internet for 4 days now and they dont answer emails or calls. Incomeptent!!!!!!!
Absolutely disgusted by the service received from Hisense South Africa. Bought a 58" TV unit 3months ago, which was clearly faulty... they then took over a week to send the most incompetent technicians to evaluate the unit. The outcome of their first consult was unsuccessful. The second time out, over a week later, they "found" a problem which would have been unmissable on their first consult... but conviently falls outside of the warranty for them. (Do not purchase their additional warranty ad on, the default offering is worth nothing already) Their product is unreliable and service is tardy. Rather look elswhere if you are shopping for electronics this December.
