Poor Service from MTN. They actually stole 5400YB from me. I did buy 3 X Bundles in the month of Dec 2025 and Jan 2026,to this day, I haven't received my Bundles even thought after they **** to me that they Refunded about 1900YB that never reflected on my App. I am irritated and angry as their Customer Service and Complaints(Don't even think it exists) are the most useless, all the Emails sent and lies about that they escalated the matter is irritating and boring. They must take accountability and won't stop reporting them to every Ombudsman or organization as they are reaping their clients off.

PIRELLI PZERO- POOR QUALITY TYRES- 255/35R19 FOR BMW 220i 2012 Model Subject: Poor Quality- PIRELLI PZERO. [Damage on the inner Tyre-Burst] Message: We bought a BMW 220i 2********** Model, it came fitted with PIRELLI PZERO Tyres, within 3 months of having the car, the Back Right Tyre was Damaged by a small Pothole driving at not more than 30km/h [The car had less than 5000km on the clock] so the Tyre was still New. A week ago [A year later] had another Tyre Damage, same damage as the previous Tyre [Inner side of the Tyre] but now the Back Left Tyre and now its even worse I was taking a turn off a Tar Road [Car driving not even at 10km/h], same inner tyre damaged, it did burst and the car just did a little bit over 30 000km on the Clock. I'm a now really concerned on the Quality of these Tyres as I have lost 2 Back Tyres in a very unusual circumstances as both Tyres got Damaged and were still New. Can I have this matter attended to with a sense of Urgency as these Tyres are really Expensive to be of such Poor Quality. To this day PIRELLI and BMW are avoiding the issue and I haven't any Scientific Proof from Pirelli as the a guy sent[Emmanuel] only looked at my Tyre and told me that it wasn't a Factroy Defect but I I'm the one who danaged both my Tyres. All I can say, I have received a POOR SERVICE from Both BMW and Pirelli

This review is directed @Gilewa Chirwa, what an outstanding Service I got from ever since I had Cartrack Device in my car, till to this day I had no one coming back to me and Owning to their Responsibilities when I Logged a Complaint about my Panic Button not working when I actually needed them as it is meant for you to use in a Emergency, then funny additional Costs started appearing on my Account last year Nov, Logged another Complaint again since then and now I can say You are the only one that really show care in your Company's Clients/Customers and will put it out there that You should be promoted to Management or Higher Position to show all the People from your Customer Care, Accounts and Head Office on how to treat clients cause they are Rude but You my Champ.... You the Best and Deserve a better!!!!! Thanks for assisting me in regards with the matter I was experiencing!!!!
I still haven't received any feedback on who will take responsibility regarding the issue that I pressed the Panic Button and no one responded and now after all the drama, me calling them and sending a million Emails to them and the CEO Complaints Department now I'm even experiencing poor service and talking to rude people from the Accounts Department due to that I fully paid them even after they gave me a bad service buy now they can't simply activate my App so I can have access to it.....
After I have been paying for their Tracking Service with a Panic Button I never received that Service. I was once in a situation where I pressed the Panic button and no one called/responded, I then Logged a complaint about that situation on the 25 June 2022 and they sent a Technician to fix it only in round about the 20th September 2022, on top of that no one has taken any responsibility regarding the fact that when I pressed the Panic Button no one responded but they still demand payment from me, after I have paid the outstanding money because now I'm a tired up in a contract with them, still My Cartrack App is not working and still to this day 01 December 2022 I haven't heard anything regarding the issue that they never responded about owning to the fact that They never responded when I Pressed the Panic Button. Don't be fooled by their CEO Complaints Email they put on their Website, its useless. I cooled have been hurt or my car Hijacked or Died and they couldn't have picked up the Panic Button Signal..... To top it off..... their rude Customer/Accounts/Service Desk people....... My advise, don't sign up with them......they are simply a Bullsh*t company!!!!!!
