THINK TWICE!! GUARANTEED!! We recently purchased a property that included both a house and a flat, rented out by Rapid. While the house was cleaned and handed over in acceptable condition, the flat was left in a disgusting and unhygienic state. Rapid claimed the property was sold voetstoots, but failed to disclose the poor condition of the flat, and also damage to outside equipment, ****** equipment, water leakage, etc. which only became visible once we received the "some" keys. I first rented a house from them and then bought the property listed by them. Despite being two separate units, both were managed by the same agency, and I expected consistent standards of care and maintenance. Instead, I was held liable for cleaning issues at the first rented house caused by previous tenants and Rapid is hiding behind voetstoots on the bought property to leave a house with broken equipment that they knew about and filthy flat without cleaning. To make matters worse: Rapid is deducting obscure money for cleaning whilst I personally cleaned. The previous tenants from the bought property left overnight, and it’s possible that their deposit was withheld, but the property was never cleaned. Damages and ****** equipment were never disclosed prior to the sale of the property. Rapid’s lack of transparency and inconsistent standards are deeply concerning. If you're considering using them as a rental or property agency, I strongly advise you to think twice ... "brilliant" to move in as a tenant-a night-mare to move out and a night-mare to be a buyer! ********* Business! Should have a option of a "no star"! I have ordered a test kit, canceled within 3hours on the same day. A refund was supposed to be done as per policy of 30 days. Its overdue and no communication or refund has being received. These people are so unprofessional and conducting ********* business. DO NOT USE THEM!
From moving in you had to wait for a second pair of keys, you struggle with gate remotes to work and Ebenette informs you must find out from residents in the complex. Reporting faults to be repaired, it takes her 2 months to react after placing a bad review, reporting it to Rawson Head Office and contacting the owner. Only to say she never received the email. My Director will fire me if it takes me 2 months to act on a matter. Meeting her discussing the issues, sending whatsapp pictures of issues, it was read but never responded to and never reporting back on email and then lying by saying it was done telephonically. You live with ants on your kitchen cubbets whilst preparing food and nothing gets done. You report other issues, but they will complain about curtain tie bags that was put up, that was left in the house by the owner, but you clean a cubbet that was in the garage and move it to the kitchen, but nothing will be mentioned on that, you basically improve the place, but they complain about it. Due to failure to make essential repairs, this can be considered as harassment, that made the property uninhabitable and thus forced me to move out. It was again said no notice email was received. There was complaints of goods broken that was in working condition at the time I moved out. It was said quotes will be given, this was not done. They paid a big portion to the owner and a small amount to me after receiving no receipts of costs. Ebenette at Rawson does not make sure her property is free from hazards and defects. She does not respond to matters and lies about giving feedback. Her husband Wynand promise to deal with the matter in the correct way but also does not do what he said he would and protects her incompetency and pay out tenants deposits without receipts. Think twice before dealing with Rawson, even with proof, you loose!

Excellent Service! Saw what I wanted. Placed my order. Paid and tracking was all clear. Delivery was quick and my product was wrapped properly so it cannot be damaged. Thank you for great service.
