Not Happy with Capitec Bank
Capitec Bank does not solve our issues - someone is *****ing my money by purchasing airtime all the time - when i report on the App nothing is done. it gives a case number only and nobody says anything from Capitec. it looks like an inside job because i do not even get notification about these transactions. they purchase airtime for different networks.

Bad Service
Hello Peter, i need assistance with my parcel from Paxi - i am sent from pillar to post. it was couriered from Durban on the 26th and was given eta 09/07 - till today still dont have it. i'm told it is with the courier but they can't even call their own courier to find out where is my parcel. this is damaging to my business since i cannot deliver to my clients. write now even my account balance is zero. my business is stuck. i am not happy. please help,

Bad Service
The service with Standard Bank Pension - backed Housing loan is very bad - in the beginning of the application things were quick and was approved very quickly. After signing the loan contract i was told to wait for 10 working days - on the 9th Day still no update - when i call i am told it's been with the fund admin to awaiting signature. i am really not happy with their service.

Mobicred App instore Purchase
Last week i had a problem with Mobicred App after i have Upgraded, after Calling them this morning i managed to get help, there is nothing wrong with their App, infact it is the user problem. I was help by Jarred and he taught me how to use the Instore Purchase, Lol i felt so stupid - but hey that's how we learn. Thank you for the Great Help!

Mobicred App Instore Purchase does not Work
The app is not working when Purchasing instore. i went to Pick n Pay and only to notice when i get to the Till and needed to pay, the instore Purchase does not allow. i dont why are we not told about situations like this by Mobicred

CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST IN THAT SHOP
I have written a review about Sportscene last month. I bought a Phone from Sportscene 320 West Street Durban - until today i have not gotten my Phone back and no refund. I had to go and buy another Phone from Game. The phone i bought from there on the 30th July and it worked for a month and stopped. i took it back to Sportscene, and waited for 6 weeks to get it back- it broke again end of October and i took it back on the 2nd November - until today, i dont have my Phone.

Bad Service
I bought a Phone on the 30th July Nokia Brand - it worked for one month and broke. I took it back to the shop and i was told they will send it to the supplier for repairs - I never had a phone for 5 weeks while waiting for my Phone. it came back on the 6th October - it worked for 25days and broke again - i took it back to the shop on the 2nd November - yesterday on the 7th December i went to check where is my phone and i was i told it is not back.
