Excellent Service
I would like to thank Tlhologelo Maapola for such a great service. 2025 was a bad year for me personally and financially, however the service i received was beyond what a person would expect from an insurance company. Thank you BetterSure for making my life easy at times of need. Tlhologelo Maapola what you have done going the extra mile to ensure i receive all the benefits was more than what i expected.

Rude Manager
First time as a woman i went there to replace my tyres. I bought two Dunlop Tyres and paid first after they called me to come and check the work done. While checking i was chased like a dog in front of other customers the Manager told me to leave as he has other customer. He was rude, shouting and told me to leave he has customers. I wanted to check my spare tuyre at the back so i was being assisted but he said "what you want" rudely leave leave shouting.

I was not happy with the consultant verification questions. I had to disclose my illness to her. It was very uncomfortable first she's not a doctor and Poppy act was not respected.
