If i could rate this company -20 i would absolutely ********** just put up my premium by R420 and the consultant i spoke to said basically ifn i dont like it a should look for another insurer. ZI will be doing just that i should have actually a long time ago
i have been asking these useless people for a copy of my insurance policy contract for two weeks now and i have not received anything from them they are quick to take your money but when help is needed they cannot help
this insurance company is completely useless they have no way of communicating the consultants cant even give you a reason to stay with bettersure.
These guys are useless. When you have a claim they don't seem respond. They have a total disregard forbtheor customers please do not insure with them. And i will not be taking down this review like i did the last one. Please go with another insurer i intend on changing mine!
THIS IS NETWORK IS PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT AND RUDE ESPECIALLY THE STAFF AT THE MENLYN STORE NEXT TO GAME. WHEN ONE PHONES THE CALL CENTER I AM TOLD TO GO TO THE MTN STORE WHEN YOU GO TO THE MTN STORE THEY SAY CALL THE CALL CENTER I KNOW WONT BE RENEWING MY MTN CONTRACT LATER THIS YEAR!
Bettersure is pathetic at processing or handling claims they quick to take your premium but when it comes to paying out claims they give you the runaround and the excess fee is way too high too rather go with one of bigger and better guys
FNB fraud department is completely ineffective i keep on getting pushed from pillar to post i was robbed and my card was fraudulently used. each every week since then i am told my case is with the team leader and i will be contacted each and every week FNB has failed to contact me!
Well if the in store service is pathetic wait till you deal with after sales service, its disgusting was told they will get back to me but nothing even my emails are not being responded too. Please stay away from this company
I must say the service from Makro Silverlakes is appalling i bought a brushcutter from them that i had to return twice already because they did not do a proper job fixing it i collected it this past Saturday 10/12/2022 and its still hasn't been repaired to top it off the the harness belt i sent with machine was not in the box and the rudeness of the staff is unparalleled. please avoid buying Hypertough products from makro
