I bought 2 return tickets in june 2025 to fly oct 2025, i wsnted to cancel them as i woild rather fly a different airline. Not allowed no refund. They are *******. I am giving them enough time to get other suckers to buy expensive overpriced tickets but no they will not refund me. Pathetic

Standard Bank Stellenbosch No assistance when i went to the Branch to open an estate late account. Was told by a lady who was talking to a Bussines Banker on Teams that i should leave my name and number and he/she will phone me to make an appointment. Very unproffesional. No empathy at all.
I cancelled a policy due to dual insurance on the 25 of april. A premium want off on the 1st of May, they are refusing to refund my May premium.

Ordered a Proline Notebook online for my son for school, R199 x 36 months. No product key came with the notebook so we are unable to use Windows. Vodacom says i must contact Microsoft and Microdoft is requesting the product key which i should have received with the Proline. Vodacom is incompetent, I spoke to so many people at Vodacom online and some did not even know what i was talking about. How is tgat even possible working for Vodacom.
