I took my glasses to Spec-Savers at the Mall of Africa, what a fiasco. They tried to clean the lenses but in stead they ruined my glasses completely. I would never recommend this business.
Its no use to contact Vitality for missing points, they just ignore your mails. Pathetic
I used the preseated option and select and paid for both me and my wife's seat. When I got my boarding pass I saw that FlySafair has moved me to a different seat. I phoned and complained about the change and the reply was sorry, we did not know why it happened. That is ridiculous, why take my money without giving me what was promised. I see that as exploitation.
Poor service at Woodmead Pick n Pay, cashiers think they do you favour to help you
The worst service I ever received from a business. They are very eager to sign a contract but when it gets to delivering the service they dissappear. They ignore your emails or pnoe calls. I will never recommend the business to anyone

Pick n Pay Woodmead, is a example of how not to treat your customers. Staff prefer to have discussions with co workers and customers have to wait until decide they have a minute to spare for the customer. Cashiers treat you if you are one of the products they are busy to scan. I think they need a course covering the issue of Customer service.
