My only hope is u guys cause this courie guys they are not able to assist us and our parcel is in their locker we ask them every day but it seems we are not getting any answers why! They we supposed to tell us something no they just ignore us and we are going to long weekend ..what they are doing is not fair ..I'm not happy at all ..u can check how many I send this review but it seems they don't even care ..I just want them to tell us what's the way forward cause always they escalate our problem

I'm not happy with this company like really since our parcel being in their locker last week wendsday ..ok we understand Thursday was holiday right ..then we try to track parcel on Friday still in transit ..Monday we do the same still in transit ..we try to talk to them to get solution ..they said they will do follow up we must give them altinative number for a client we do that ..they give us reference Monday but nothing .. yesterday again we do ask them nothing ..so what must we do if is like this big company like courier guys they are not able to help us ..we look like stupid everyday asking same thing no solution .. please help us or will take this matter forward we are tired please

I'm not happy with this guys since my parcel being in their locker from wendsday ..we understand Thursday was holiday but since Friday asking them when the parcel will be delivered no respond all they can do is to say give us all your information but already give the the information .. yesterday we ask them no respond even today ..I'm not happy at all with pudo courier guys ..I will tell Athers with their survice

I'm not happy with this company anymore since Sunday they said parcel is out for delivery even today I do follow up everyday always they promised but nothing happened ..since Sunday even is high volume but this is too much I think someone he/ she not doing a job proper ..I'm tired .I'm drained .I'm cross ..all we need is that parcel please cause I think they are playing games with us I'm not happy at all with this company ..

I'm not happy about them since Monday they sent message that parcel of my client is out for delivery but we don't get that parcel I talk to them they promised but still no parcel received so I don't know what's happening with the parcel I'm not happy at all cause no one tell us what's happening like really ... please help us cause courier guys they promise but nothing happened

We pay upfront money for buffet for the 4th of November so each person was contribute 250 .and we are 60 us unfortunately some will not able to go on the 4th they can only go on the 11th ...so we are 2 group some will go this Saturday cause we already paid the money for 60 people and they said they don't have refund ..so if the don't have refund because the already have money for us poor people ..we decided that half group will go on the 4th to go to eat their 250 and half they will go on the 11 but Tatso give us duck and dive please help us cause we are not happy .we were going there as cancer survivor awareness please help poor people we don't want money but to eat our 250

I don't know what to say anymore with this company yesterday they promised me that my parcel will delivered around 15h30 after sending a lot of emails afternoon they told me that the drive said it was strike in soshanguve and nothing like that .today I'm still waiting for the parcel if yesterday my parcel was out for delivery where it is now cause I was supposed to go with that parcel yesterday but I couldn't I explained to them to ask if my parcel can deliver first thing in the morning but I'm still waiting now the drive he is going to say it is raining now I'm outside waiting for them pentintly why dsv is doing this please help me to get my parcel so I can just leave them alone I'm tired ,I'm frastreated cause it cost me a lot truely speaking since yesterday asking and begging for my parcel ..I don't know the drive home I will contact him tell me where he is so I get go and get my parcel my waybill nu mber PAKADOO191916 they can contact me 0662790632 or 0827070200 now is day 2 not going to work waiting for my parcel hope I will get my parcel before 11 o'clock

I don't know what to say anymore with this dsv they do call me I sent them a lot of emails they respond me that my parcel is out for delivery since during the day now is almost 4 o'clock my transport will be here 4 o'clock I didn't go to work waiting for the delivery even now I'm still struggling to get the truth courier guys if they told u that your delivery is out u get your parcel I'm frastreated right now because they are not telling the truth and I can't afford to not go to work again tomorrow ..we have also clients that they are waiting for us as we promised them that delivery will arrived today I'm so cross with dsv bad survice ever

I'm not happy about dsv courier always they are taking time to deliver our parcel and we have also have clients that they waiting for the parcel they took more time to deliver our parcel no this is too much they must improve their systems ather courier u take parcel today to lock tommorow u will receive your parcel
