Dismal service. Understandably your pilots are on strike due to your insufficiencies in paying them and overworking them but how do you EVER hope to fulfill that gap when you can't even service the customers that are keeping you afloat! A flight orginally scheduled for 19h00 moved to 20h30 now DELAYED until 21h30. Are you kidding me??!! I will never fly with this airline again and based off of this evenings event neither will most of your current clientele
New dealership and starting on a high with great service experience! They really care for your vehicle and will make note of small cosmetic damages on your vehicle and suggest in house methods of how to fix. They see to it that you're transported to and fro timeously via an Uber service if all be it.
👏👏 Premuim Banking This Bank should be held as the gold standard for other institutions. It may cost you an extra premium and be for a select few for now, but WOW is it hassle free
Dismal service whether you're a Professional Private customer or Prestige holder. You can never get ahold of Private Bankers and it's asif you're doing them a favour. System is forever undergoing supposed maintenance but absolutely no improvement ?Strange? Well goodbye, other account holders will see the light and follow suite if you don't improve
Blatent ******! They will entice you with words but once the money is in they will make you jump from pillar to post on any agreements made Absolutely bad company look elsewhere if you want peace of mind
Honestly the worst sales experience, pure prejudice and undermining on the staffs part. To think we've still ended up purchasing a 1Mil+ car. You need to work on your people skills and stop profiling customers. It will come back to bite you in the butt!
The jury is out, and this remains by far the worst insurance company to deal with. - Time isn't of the essence for them - You as the customer need to follow-up on your claims and updates - Won't adhere to their own T&Cs - Quick to make up excuses - Poor communication - Long call centre waiting times
Dissatisfied with the service and outraged at their conduct. Very fast to take your premiums but lethargic and giving you the service you've paid for. You spend and hour on the phoned being transferred from pillar to post yet no one has any credible answers or solutions. STAY AWAY if you'd like peace of mind
If only a minus rating were possible! Very quick to debit their money but painfully slow to provide you with a service and very unprofessional, don't keep to their agreement Honestly very pathetic.. stay away!
