2 months ago I went to Fishaways by Soweto Diepkloof square craving their delicious food and the lady that was serving me seemed upset or angry and I didn’t pay attention to that until she started showing me signs of being annoyed when I started asking more than 2 questions and I told her to behave as I’m a customer then she started telling me where to get off so I asked for the manager who promised to attend to the matter and will call me to update me but a month passed no update so I passed there again and this time it was the manager who gave me an attitude…. Last time I went there and will never again no matter howmuch I’m craving their food⛔️
I bought a brand new a big boy scooter from the dealership in Roodeport. a month later it had a problem and it wasn’t clear if it’s the factory or the drivers fault. I just wish to write this review to thank David there for handling the matter properly and I did not pay a cent to have it fixed.
I bought a brand new Big boy delivery scooter at Big boy Roodeport branch in January this year (2025) and in less than a month the sprocket broke and as it’s under warranty I thought they will just fix that but only to find out that they rejecting to fix it because they are assuming the driver caused it to break. They have no solid reason as to what caused it to break but they want me to pay for fixing it. I mean they really have no idea after inspecting it but decided the cause was on my side. Really disappointed and I was planning to buy more bikes but now I’m looking for dealerships with good reviews and that’s where I’ll go. Still can’t believe this , less than a month and they want me to pay for what seems to have been a factory fault
Please stay as far away as you can from this ***** company, some of their call center agents are such ********s and so many times I have reported them to The Unlimited management, they never seem shocked which shows that they fully aware of these tricks by their stuff of tricking us into authorizing debit orders As if that is not enough , I made a claim and they declined it and made a pathetic excuse of the center meters of the scratch in my car seat also the dents cover teams of claim are soo many which makes it almost impossible to have a successful claim .... I swear
Paxi and Pep have left me exposed to very dangerous reality of identity theft and countless other possible fraud activities as my ID got lost as Pep Cell Black chain in Soweto I have requested countless times for footage by emails and by their whatsapp helpline which only had employees who told me to wait for more and more 72 hrs and I’m only getting automated responses to a trailing email I have been sending to them. I am soo frustrated because an ID is a very sensitive document and they seem to not care. From getting no help at all from PEP as this document got lost in their shop both these businesses are never ever getting business from me
