Selfish business behavior
Makro said fhey will refund my money of the 23 Dec purchase by 30 January. By this dT no refund was made. When I asked they only wrote an email to say transaction was only processed today I must wait 14 days for the money to reflect. My question is what about the business I loose every day waiting for this refund.

Worst service and unprofessional
I have ordered an item on the 23 December 2025 On the 11 January 2026 they sent me an email to say they are going to refund my order. The 12 I am opening in my business I would need the printer to print documents for clients. They advised that money will credited in 10 days. Where will my business be in 10 days.

Quality deteriorated
I bought two sets of cross my heart bras in June 2025, I knew Woolworths bras as the best, until this time. All 4 of the bras, there side wire on the left site is coming out and pinching right on my heart. As we all know you cannot take back the bras, I am sticked with bras that I cannot wear and cannot afford to go and buy others this time.

Bad customer service and disrespectful behaviour
This Tvet college has no respect for learners and human beings. We paid cash for a student registration at the bank which was provided by them. Now when they have to release the results they take us to debt collectors saying we did not pay. When I call them their number on their website does not go through. When I call the Tosa campuss they refuse to give me the direct number.

Refusal to process lnsurance claim
I made a claim with Absa credit life and submitted all required docs on the 6th June 2024. To this very date they have not processed my claim. I keep calling them every second day , they make excuses that something is missing I keep on sending them same documents but their assessors refuse to speak to me saying I must speak to call centre. Their particular department which I made claim for keeps calling me everyday I tell them to call their claim dept , I was told they are not suppose to call them I must call them.

Robery in contract cancellation
I had fibre and data router contracts with Vodacom. In May 2924 I called them to cancel my both contracts I was told it's early I must call them in June. Today I call them speak to a consultant and he refused to send me confirmation SMS on the number I requested him to do. I called in again spoke to another consultant, he advice that they will deduct last at the moment Nd of June as I pay in areas . After a while I open up my emails I find an email saying contract will be end in last day of June but deductions will still run till ekd of July . This is ******* as my contract ends now june and they want to continue doing what they did with my phone contract. They deducted for 8 months after the cancellation and they never refunded my money. I am tired of this service provider. Kindly assist

*****ulent transaction by Vodacom
I had a contract with vodacom which it was ending July 2023. I was told I must call in to cancel the contract in that July 2023 which I did. To my surprise the following month till January 2024 Vodacom was still deducting premiums. I made several calls to them and I was told the consultant whom was assisting me to close the contract he renewed my contract despite of what I signed for. Since July 2023 to date I have requested Vodacom to give me the recordings of my call and to refund me but they failed to do that to this very day. this is the company that I had two phone contracts, Wifi contract and router contract. 4 contracts under one name but they treat me like i worth nothing to them. kindly help me to get my refund

Bad customer service
I have ordered an item car cover paid and in ten days my order is not yet delivered. Their contact details are not working I cannot reach them , I wrote emails I was told to keep on waiting as the order is from an international company. I cannot trace my order as their website says they have recently change the website so passwords have issues.

Bad service from SARS Vereeniging
Sara sent my hubby an email that his docs are outstanding. He made an appointment to sit in with a consultant. Whe he gets there he was told his employer did not submit his IRP 5, he was turned away. When he gets to work his HR showed him that all IRP5 were submitted. What an unprofessional service from SARS.
