Poor service
I have a query regarding the annual taxable income that was given to SARS for my withdrawal. The consultant stipulated the value of R40006432 instead of R400064 therefore resulting in my tax deduction being R13200 instead of R9202. I have been in contact with Momentum the whole week and my calls just get cut off when I have to speak to the manager. I need this to be sorted out because I have been deducted R4000 more that I was supposed.

Bosch Car Service Kempton Park the worst place ever!
Bosch Car Service Kempton Park is the worst place to ever take your car for repairs. Instead of repairing it your car will come back worse than it was. They break instead of repair. Been struggling with my car back and forth with Bosch for 3 weeks since they inserted my clutch kit incorrectly and ended breaking the release bearings. Will never ever recommend them to anyone, very unprofessional and don't know what they are doing!

Payment not allocated to account
I made a payment on 4th of January for my channels to be opened but till this day my payment hasn't been allocated to my account after numerous calls and emails to Multichoice. It seems no one cares even when they have received the proof of payment and acknowledge receiving it. 3 weeks later my channels are still blocked.

Order cancelled but no refund received
I placed an order with Adidas Online and they confirmed my order. When they had to deliver they told me that the item I ordered is out of stock so they will be cancelling my order, that was 3 months ago and to this day I still haven't received my refund. Everytime I call the head office I'm told that I will receive a refund after 5 working working days but I still haven't received it 3 months later.

Pathetic Service
The most useless and pathetic company ever. We have been down on internet for more than a week. The excuse we get is that someone canceled our contract by mistake and they are busy investigating. Instead of re-activating our line while they investigate we need to suffer without internet until they resolve their negligence.
