I have complained about mtn sa so many times. They are simply not interested in pulling themselves together. Nothing they offer actually works. The customer complaints department is nothing but a robot “ logging your complaint” and nothing ****her comes of it. Every one please help boycotting them by moving your account to a different provider. Let’s hit them where it hurts and don’t renew your contracts. THEY HIVE NO SERVICE AT A PREMIUM.
Ou Meul Bakery in Willobridge Mall used to be my favourite eatery, for a long time now the quality of food and the service there has been in steady decline. I ordered a beer there today only to be told “ Beer tap broken” so I then asked for a Gin And Tonic only to receive a look warm abomination with nog gas in it in a glass that was visibly dirty. How they couldn’t see how dirty that glass was goes beyond belief. But this is how it goes everywhere in South Afrika now right. Nobody gas any ****s to give. I will never eat at any Ou Meul Bakery again.
I know that customer service in South Africa doesn’t exist, but Checkers in Cobble Walk Shopping Centre Durbanville is really trying to break the record on being the worst Checkers in S.A. From Managers open mouth coughing on the cold foods as the take stock, to staff standing with their filthy work boots in the fridges when they pack stock, with their feet touching the food stuff. Birds flying around inside the shop ****ing on everything not even mentioning all the meat I have bought there that was down right rotton. The issue with this branch is the actual managers themselves. I have complained about this repeatedly to management and the attitudes you get is pathetic, one of them even offered to bribe me once to stop complaining if you can believe it. How can we as a public go about closing down this branch for good? Does anyone have any suggestions? This branch should not be open for business.
People please don’t buy any product that bares this brand name. It is a bad quality product. Rather spend a little more and get something that actually works. Every consecutive thing that you would glue or seal with a Gluedevil product is going to fall apart or leak. It really is bad bad stuff.
Please stay away from this Checkers, I have reported them multiple times at their customer care department about selling rotten meat to clients. It is clear that their customer care department either don’t care, or are to incompetent to sort it out. Repeatedly I get home with meat purchased from them to find it is so bad it takes your breath away when you open the packet. Someone is going to get seriously ill from this if they don’t get stopped. How do we get a health inspector to pay them a visit?
So customer service in South Africa gets worse and worse every year. But I think the last year MTN has taken the “We don’t care about you” attitude to a whole new level. I have upgraded to an new iPhone about a year ago. Since the upgrade my new phone only works When it is connected to wifi. Any aps running on data like Facebook, Youtube, Instagram or Pinterest is completely unusable if I am not on wifi. I have complained about it to MTN so many times I lost count. Every time I get the same stupid answer from one of their “so called” service champions who, if I may ad, treat you like you are wasting their precious time or something. And that answer is that someone will get back to me shortly. Well a year has come to pass and I’m still waiting. I went into an MTN store an I had to stand there and wait while three staff members have a private discussion for 15 min about their upcoming weekend plans before someone who, made it very clear to me, that I am nothing but an inconvenience to her, when she dealt with my complaint. And guess what,? she will get someone to get back to me. I can not use my phone. The phone I am paying for. Paying for a service they are legally obligated to give me, because they took my money, which I a am not getting from them. Yet every mount about 4 days before my account is due, they hold out their hand with the sms saying “ pay or we disconnect your service” What service? Can we take them to consumer court? What am I to do?
I have used a product that was supplied by Maizey Plastics that was defective. To eliminate the possibility that the fault crept in while I was doing the job, I re-did the whole job at my own expense, only to have their product let me down again. (Vinyl supplied by Maizey Plastics isn’t sticking) this leaves me 300 bucks out of pocket and when I contacted them about it, their reply was we don't manufacture the product so we can’t help you. Sorry. Maizey Plastics sell bad products and then except 0 responsibility for it.
