Worst service ever. When I took this insurance, I was promised a hassle-free service with a broker to assist me. She goes on leave and forgets about my claim. I tried calling discovery directly - waiting 20 minutes on my cell phone. Then of course I was transferred around and after 55 minutes I was told that the agent would get the broker to call me as my policy has an excess payment clause and it is not a no access policy as the broker originally told me. Prior to this I have not received any feedback from discovery insure, no claim number, no email - only a sms saying that the assessor will be contacting me. So disappointing ☹My new years resolution to move all my investments and policies to another insurance company.
Promised the world, amazing speed blah blah, since I signed the contract I haven't been able to watch a single movie. Always buffering. No response to my emails or WhatsApp. No answer from call centre.
Worst experience ever 😪 waited one hour 20 mins for warm food. Ordered Mutton bunny and paid R98 for tough hard meat.
I have numerous unauthorized enquires been done on my credit profile at Transunion. I have been trying to obtain assistance and advise from Transunion since August as it could be that someone is illegally using my ID no. However Transunion has been sending me around in circles. This is a serious matter my credit score is been effected and I have no control over it. PLEASE can someone help me.
