Ladies and Gentleman, please be careful with this Debt Solutions 4 U, I hade to go through a Lawyer to get my name cleared under Debt Review. The Lawyer then sent through the Court Order, to Debt Solutions 4 U to remove the Debt Review Flag from my name, and till now they have not removed the Debt Review Flag from my name. You will never get a response from them, however they are eager in the beginning to take your money from you.
And, once again with no Surprise, GAME has done it again. Apparently the GAME staff is so well trained that they are unable to book goods not delivered nor picked up, back into the store online system. Goods were dispatched on Tuesday, 11 November 2025, and not delivered as the courier guy phoned and the goods were refused as per GAME store instruction. Till today, I have not heard anything from GAME's financial department to pay back my R400.00, as apparently GAME, have not booked back the goods. Are they taking money from customers, or being deliberate or just nasty. The last person who phoned me from GAME, even laughed at me, hoe rude and unprofessional is that. People, please be very careful when you decide to buy something from game, they are very *********. Please make sure to google reviews from customers who bought stuff at GAME.
After shopping online at GAME, I made sure that it stated the Product is available and in stock before I placed my order at GAME. After making sure of everything, I placed my order and paid for everything. GAME even send me a notification for delivery and acknowledge that they will deliver my order, however last night, I suddenly received a email at 18h55, that GAME does not have my order in stock and that they canceled my order. Herewith the email I received: "Apologies. Some items in your order are out of stock. We have run out of stock of one or more of the products in your order leading to either cancellation or modification in quantity for below product(s) Order Number: 1244634119" This is pathetic service from GAME, they do not even have a Professional way to deal with this, they don't phone you, they only send a email. I will never recommend any person to buy anything from GAME online, as they obviously don't know how to take stock nor how to update their system.
Ladies and Gentleman, if you ever thinking of joining OnePlan Health Insurance, please make sure to read all the reviews on OnePlan, they are eager to take your money, but when it gets time to pay money, they turn around and reject your claim, which means if you, your spouse or child ends up requiring emergency care, they just refuse as your claim was rejected, only because if you submit a invoice you obtained from the Medical Practitioner, is a written invoice and not a printed invoice. Now lets be clear, this invoice comes out of a invoice book, with the Practice name, Practitioner Name & Practice number printed on the Invoice, and only completed by hand, yet they reject it, as they accuses people and Practitioners to be *****ulent.
Never take a Pension Scheme from Liberty, you will suffer getting your money from Liberty. No one knows what the other people are doing and when push comes to stuff, they have a lot of excuses when it comes to your money. I dare Liberty to answer this post. I will post a email I received from one of their top people and then the public can be the judge of it. People think twice before dealing with Liberty.
People please be careful when you decide to join OnePlan Health Insurance, they will go out of their way to reject your claim. First they will request a Invoice, No Problem with that, I submitted my Invoice, then you will get another email stating they can not approve your claim, they with a eye test result and I recon if you go to your GP they will most probably request a full step by step exam report??? Here are is my email respond from them: Oneplan Claims Main 11:42 AM (6 hours ago) to me Good day Morne, I trust you are well. Thank you for sending the invoice. Kindly note that we are missing the eye readings (Eye test results) in order to finalize the claim. Looking forward to your response.

These people answer quickly and are always there to assist, I have nothing bad to say about them, they are highly professional, please also remember they can also only do so much, the rest of your journey is in your own hands, meaning if you are committed to study or just fool around. If you want to be supported then you need to give your all (100%).
I am now without Internet for almost 2 weeks. Why am I paying for a service I do not get from Telkom. I have reported the fault now six times and no person from Telkom is getting back to me. Our ADSL Line is not getting fixed. What is going on Telkom what is going on. Telkom doesn't care about their clients they only care about receiving their money every month without providing a service to their clients, this is the worst service I have ever seen in my life.
Good day all, who might be interested in my review regarding SA Homeloans Insurance department. I had and still are having such a bad experience with SA Homeloans Insurance department. I have electrical switch board problems at my house, and my switch board is constantly tripping, at least 2 to 3 times a day. I then contacted SA Homeloans Insurance and they then send out a Contractor "Still today I don't know who" and they have send a report to SA Homeloans Insurance that my trip switches are out of date and need to be replaced - To my surprise they said that they will not be fixing my problem and that I have to fix my problem out of my own pocket, and I must get a Professional Electrical company to fix my problem as they give me 90 days to fix the problem other wise they will no longer cover any other electrical problems I might face in the future. As they threatened me I did get a professional electrician and he tested all my trip switches and he clearly stated as a Professional Electrician he cannot state that my trip switches are DE pleaded as he is not allowed to make such a statement in accordance of his profession. What I can tell you is to think clearly before you take the SA Homeloans Insurance as they only want your money and does not care for their clients in the event that you need them. My Mother In Law is with Outsurance and she have no problems at all. I am currently also thinking of going over to Outsurance as well to eliminate this poor client care from SA Homeloans Insurance division. I am also busy preparing a report to submit to the Ombudsman to see what they have to say in this regard.
Never ever have I been insulted than I have been insulted today by SA Home loans. I applied for credit on my OWN HOME and received a call just now that I have been denied credit to fix and upgrade my home, as apparently my credit score reflects bad. THIS IS A PURE DEFINITION OF CHARACTER TOWARDS ME AND IS AGAINST THE LAW !!! SA HOME LOANS only performs credit checks with Transunion Credit Bureau and THEY do not care to PERFORM CHECKS WITH ANY OTHER Credit Bureau. Should they have picked up their hands and check on Compuscan they would have seen that all is in order, as Compuscan actually are doing their work to update the Public Communities Credit Profiles. I am utterly disgusted, disgraced and shocked in the way SA Home loans treat their clients. I have been with SA Home loans for fifteen years and this is the worst I have ever been treated.
