I was contacted by rewards on a Saturday for Internet with MTN I requested the lady call me back to finalise as she said the payment Link will expire it's been over a week no call went to MTN to finalise my order was advised they cannot as I have a contract with rewards I'm trying to get hold of them no luck and I'm still without Internet what a bummer
I have bought a family treat meal at KFC Valhalla Centurion it's been over a month ago I complained about the quality of food and was advised that they closed the case after they apparently couldn't get hold of me I'm very upset as the food was old the chips horrible and looked like it was just warmed up I could take it back as I don't stay in the area and only realised when I got home

MFC is the worst My mom is financing a car with them whom we share as we stayed together and shared household expenses now the bank has a problem with this the account was in arrears (not even 90days )and we contacted the bank for payment arrangements they just rocked up at her working demanding the car or payment she told them she doesnt have the money i than contacted the collections agent who freely gave me personal info on teh account without POA document so how does POPIA apply here now we were contacted again and told to give the car back we don't want to now they are forcing us to give it back to avoid legal fees i don't care about that i will deal with legal fees how can they force us into doing anything we told them not to come to her work again but they are forcing they don't have a court order to take the car as its not 90days in arrears and they dont want to accept payment plan why not what makes them different we all face financial problems and im not saying we dont want to pay the car we want to but we want to make arrangements they keep saying we are making arrangements but we havent as they didnt even give up the chance to do so furthermore we see that they gave us R10 000 amount to spend on car but when i asked what it can be used for i was not assisted so is this all a lie my car is due for service and i want to use that amount but i cant so what it that used for can they not take the same amount and cover the arrears ????? or is the R10 000 just a made up story so we can take finance with the *** bank like them im sending the collection agent emails no response Genuis Mahlangu and Jinette from the outsourced company probably gave me a incorrect number to contact her so what to do now im specchless
My mom has a finance agreement with nedbank which in currently paying as we share household she has also sent a power of attorney to Nedbank our car was not 90 days in arrears however the account has been handed over to external debt collecters who just rocked up at her place of emplyment demanding the arrears or the car was not given a option furthermore she feels embarresed about how Christine from Turnstone handled the whole meeting as it was done not in person she did not have the car with her at the point of reposession when i spoke to Christine and asked her if she has a court order as she cannot repo the car without that and she said no she doesnt have why than cone out and embarres the client if you dont have the docs to repo she than changed her tone and said she gave my mom a option which is a lie she also sent a whatsapp telling my mom MFC has put her under debt review how can they olace someone under debt review without their consent we have than asked them for a payment arrangement which was declined why we want to pay the car but MFC doesnt want to give us the option i have sent the consultant Genuis Mhalangu a email today as i had difficulty making payment but he hasnt reply but yet he sent out the debt collectors to repo the car further more we are liable for the call out fee for the debt collectors we feel that this whole experience could have been handled more professionaly

We wanted and item to be exchange the cashier without inform the money will be paid in the account she took the card and swiped. When ask to be paid in cash they advised its not possible payroll is closed. While laughing .I exchanged the goods on Saturday today is Monday 22/01/2024 I still not been helped. Neither can the staff or management can help , the bling leading the blind
