I had the most experience with this store since I have started buying thier shoes . I don't want to mention the fact that someone with a terrible attitude called me with nothing . I have thier calls are recorded.
I bought shoes ,the delivered defect shoes.They collected the pair till today I have not heard anything from them .
I bought a speaker on the 6June24. I got my delivery on the 7Jun24 ,I have never received an order so quick. I was very happy with the service.
I bought at Boxer superstores at Jepee street JNB CBD.,when I paid their POS machine said the transaction was declined so I used another card to pay and left this was in the 17November around 07:45 am . I left the store when home I decided to just check what happened as even the notification form my bank did not come through,to my shock the first transaction went through and the second one also went ,I had at this stage paid twice for items . Went to the store on the 20Nov and spoke to Nokwanda who was the one incharge she took the paper work and emailed to head office and said she will call me the next day ,till this day I am still waiting for the phone call. Went to the store again to meet Puleng who was not there when I reported but I understand she is the store manager she asked again for my documents that I provided and she said she was aware of the matter she will followup and will call me . I left the store no phone call no update no refund till today.I had been to the store 4 times already they don't even know what the process is and yet they told me that this POS machine does nomaly give the error ,which leaves me to wonder if everyone goes through this process as well. I have come to this platform so I may have a quicker response and attention to the matter.
Order in February items never delivered emails never responded. I have requested my refund no response still till todate.
Online refund since January til now I still don't have my funds.
Bought online and part of my order was cancelled due to no stock ,this happened on the 10 January. Regarding the refund of my funds no one has responded to emails I sent surely it could not take this long to refund . It was the worst dealing with Makro form the delivery to receiving incorrect items I did not order.
Still no update , I gas this would be the only way to get response and update. The router was as collected form me but since then I have heard nothing from them as too when am I getting my money . It's been 4 months already .
