The lady from Sandton station,(cashier)is very rude and unprofessional. Sending me away before even checking if my card was ready for a collection. The following day I wanted to load the card and received same attitude. She Def needs training and needs to be professional because i dealt with her on two different days and still received attitude as if she's doing me a favour because that is how I felt. My experience with this lady is not the best. Honestly I wouldn't want her to help me ever again.
Only had the washing machine for a month and it is already Making banging noise and squealing noise. when i received the machine it had drops of water. I have to organise and pay for the transport to & from the warehouse(more costs)whereas the machine is manufacture defect and still in warranty.
Still haven't received my fridge I purchased on a black friday.on Makro online app. When you call they promise someone will call you shortly with feedback. twice I called and still no callback or my order. Money went off my account, I sent pop but never received order number or the fridge. When I call the Makro H.O the lady from receptionist didn't even wait until I finished to explain my issue she just transferred my call and I never got through to anyone. Such a poor shocking service from such a well-known and big company like this.Makro Online is a disaster.i wouldn't advise anyone to use their online services
From Feb to this day no feedback from Forensics department at African bank. I am not sure if there's anyone investigating my case at all. I am tired of collections department calling me everyday from feb it is annoying.
African Bank Reviews are shocking. 1. Every-time collections department transfers me to customer service i get cut-off and i am not exaggerating when i say every time and they don't even bother to call back. 2. Everyday i receive a call from collectors and i have to explain one thingy over and over for 5months now. not once i had feedback from the forensics department. tired of this bank and its incompetency. i receive calls almost everyday for 5months for the money i did not even apply for or receive. ya'll failed to do proper verifications and now you sending me nonsense mails to make payment. GET IT RIGHT!!!!! and fix this ISH........
Does not even deserve a single star. I have now been waiting for feedback for the past 2months. Service is rather poor for such a huge company. All you do is spam call me but no feedback from forensics.
Nedbank ***** department does not deserve any star at all. worst service thus far. I never lost my ID but someone managed to open an account using my name at Nedbank. I reported this matter in Feb 2023 and submitted all documents that were requested. I was told i would get feedback in two weeks. 3 months later, I still don't have any feedback. I emailed X3 with no response, clearly Nedbank does not care about their customers, glad i am not one and never will be with this kind of treatment. Chantall J from forensics is handling this case and has done nothing till date.
I would not recommend justGo services because they are the biggest scammers.i booked 7 tickets 2022 for Nozulu buses. The tickets cost R1890 and we asked for either refund or change dates.but I was promised a refund it is over 2 months now. QUICK TO TAKE THE MONEY . ZERO SERVICE . They deserve no rating star at all.
