Dissapointed with the service of the Supervisor who was on duty Saturday 2nd May 2026 at Toy Kingdom Canal Walk My son went to pay for his toy and was overcharged. If I hadn’t taken the time to check the receipt, this would have gone unnoticed and nothing would have been said or done. That alone is concerning. On top of that, I’m a club member and I was never asked for my telephone number, so I missed out on my points. This shows a clear lack of attention to basic customer service procedures. When I addressed the issue with a staff member, he said he would call a superior to override it, which was eventually done. However, when I spoke to Eric about what had happened, his attitude was dismissive and unpleasant. He told me it wasn’t his fault that the staff member entered the wrong amount, which completely misses the point. As a customer, I expect accountability from the store as a whole, not excuses. When I pointed out that this could have easily gone unresolved if I hadn’t noticed, and mentioned the issue with my membership points, he accused me of shouting, which was simply not true. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he became defensive. Not once did I receive an apology from anyone involved. As a regular customer, this experience was unacceptable. The lack of accountability, poor attitude, and absence of basic customer care have left a very bad impression.
I have been trying to update my beneficiaries on my life policy since 2021 with absolutely no success. I have attempted to resolve this through every available channel, the dashboard/app, email, phone calls and WhatsApp, yet I have received no assistance or resolution over these years. This is extremely concerning, as updating beneficiaries is a basic and critical function of a life policy. If something as fundamental as this cannot be handled, it raises serious questions about what would happen in the event of a claim. I am not asking for anything unreasonable, only proper assistance and confirmation that my beneficiaries have been updated. I am hoping this review will finally prompt someone to take responsibility and resolve this matter urgently.

I have never dealt with a Company this size who has absolutely no customer service.. The sales guy Sameeg Sasman doesn't phone back, he doesn't follow up and doesn't reply back to emails or messages. Vanessa the finance lady that is submitting my deal to the bank also doesn't phone back when she says she is going to and I get absolutely no answers out of them why they are taking so long to get the deal done.. I phoned my bank to find out what the delay is and they say its Getworth that's delaying. When I phone Vanessa she says it's the bank.. So I am baffled. I have never been treated like this. Normally car dealers do their best to get a sale done and get it approved, but not this company.. I'm actually terrified if the deal has to go through, what type of afterservice I will receive if there is an issue with the vehicle.
