I purchased two dstv decoders including installation a few days ago. I called DSTV two days ago and the call center agent said she will get someone to call me back. No one called me back. I called again today, the agent couldn't even an understand me. I requested for the supervisor to call me, no one is calling me. Very, very bad service from dstv.
Called the manager of Dischem Pharmacy Newmarket mall, Mr THOMAS about TWO months ago. He promised me stock within a month. I called a month after and requested to speak to Mr THOMAS on various occasions. KARABO keeps on making excuses for me not to talk to him. I gave KARABO a description of the stock and she keeps sayin I will call you later. with no resolution. When I insisted on talking to the manager, Mr THOMAS she stopped calling.
I would like to thank Leslie who is one of the senior managers working for Fedility ADT in Cape Town Head Office for going above and beyond the call of duty. Lancet Laboratories never sends me statements. Two to three months after pathology tests they start harassing you. I decided to request for statements after the pathology tests. This week was no different, however the new response was 1. Consent form, 2. Copy of Patients ID and 3. Copy of 3rd party requesting statement. Dear Lance Laboratories, be advised that I pay for the pathology tests. How can I ensure settlement if you never email me my statements on a regular basis. Lancet Laboratories has a habit of sending harassing Sms's like your account is overdue when the statement was issued the day before, we are handing you over to our attorneys, this is two to three months after the pathology tests. Take care of the customers that ensure payment or your finances will suffer. Please send me my statement so I can ensure settlement.
Bad customer service from Lancet Laboratories accounts department. Today being the 1st September 2022. I called Lancet Laboratories accounts over five separate times today for a total of over fifty minutes between 08h00 and 10h00 to get account statements and blood results. For the lifeblood of the company, the collection of money, the agents were extremely unprofessional. 1st time: 08h05, 20 minutes. Spoke to Nicolene who sent only half the results. Two sets of results instead of five 2nd time: 08h39, 4 minutes. Spoke to Nikita. 3rd time: 08h52, 4 minutes. Spoke to Nazeer who didn't want to talk to me and transferred me to Vilnaar. 4th time: 08h56, 15 minutes. Spoke to Dianna. 5th time: 09h41, 12 minutes. Requested the supervisor. Spoke to Kaya the supervisor. Explained to him the bad service I received from Lancet Laboratories call centre agent Nazeer who didn't assist me and transferred me to Vilnaar. Told Kaya the supervisor to investigate and call me at 14h35 or I will report the issue. Kaya the supervisor did not call me with an explanation. The only two people who assisted me were Ishania Ramdin and Dianna. Well done ladies. Kindly investigate the poor service.
NO NETWORK. I have a Mobicel blink (and other phones) and for the past 24 hours, there has been no network coverage. I called the call center and they told me that Vodacom is upgrading the network and they cannot do anything. On going to a Vodacom shop, the tec. said there is nothing he can do???
National Security and Fire (OLD CHUB) has bought Class Security in the Durban North area. They are not honoring the contracts of Class Security clients and don't know what is happening. The branch manager is lost and all attempts made to contact anyone in charge has failed.
I have been trying to apply for a 40 plus 40 gigs with Telkom and have been rejected twice without being notified as to why. My Credit score is about 700 with minimal debts and never missed a payment. Telkom uses Transunion that had a cyber attack recently and everyone's information has been stolen. Telkom, do you want business or a rescue plan? Kindly resolve ASAP or I will take my business elsewhere.

Bought a Cloud Nine. Yesterday, Requested for delivery today before 3 pm. Requested a call 1 hour before delivery. Called Gareth, Wendy and Katlego about 15 times now. Driver didn't answer his phone from 3 to 4 pm. Requested eta, non given. 16hr24 still waiting. I have other commitments which I have to cancel or postpone. Bad service. Kindly respond...
