Kgomotso is INCREDIBLE!
What an incredible experience we have had with Bed King Fourways! Kgomotso is there to not only provide to your needs, but to make you feel at home. We absolutely recommend. And we will definitely return to the store for a quick chat!

CHEATS!!!
Absolutely disgusted! My wife and I went to Vida e caffé Pineslopes this morning for coffee and breakfast. Firstly, we stood at the counter to order - and it took about 10 minutes for them to notice us to place our order... Which there was 3 staff behind the counter. Eventually, Minnie (Mineguthle) came to assist. We placed our order and she ran off to the kitchen without giving our slip... So we thought, well she'll recognize us so no biggie. I got my Mucho Salted Caramel Latte, we got our toasties and then when my wife went to get her Iced Matcha Latte - it was a Mucho size, however, we bought a Grandé. When my wife mentioned it to Minnie, she asked for the slips which we advised she never gave us one. She ran off to the kitchen again, and came back saying she cannot find the slip... But with an attitude took the Mucho Matcha and said she'll make a Grandé. Which my wife literally stood there watching her... So she took the current Matcha - threw it in a Grandé glass and just added ice to make it look like it's filled. WHAT A CHEAT! We are disgusted by this, and will not return to Pineslopes Vida e Caffe again. Word of mouth travels far. P.S - We are not even sure if the correct name was given.

Unacceptable Service
Sometimes it's life that you have at least one bad experience and then you let it slip... But this is now the 3rd time in a row and it's shocking. From orders being arrived wrong, drinks being spilled once arrived and then when items aren't in the package on arrival. We pay for a delivery fee and a drivers tip... For what? Unacceptable service. Then when items are missing, you get a coupon for the product - all good and well. But now it will cost me again to spend money on a delivery fee and drivers tip. Where I honestly don't want to use Mr Delivery anymore. I don't mind driving myself, it's just sometimes you rely on a delivery when you are exhausted from working in your own life etc.

Good day Althea/Cleo's Kitchen I would like to take a moment and THANK YOU for your phone call, it goes a long way to give that personal touch. I honestly did not expect anything else than an acknowledgement with regards to the unfortunate service. However, I am truly grateful for the kind gesture by sending through a Cleo’s Kitchen Hamper. The service made up and your patience is impeccable.

Not Impressed
I am not very impressed with my delivery today... I asked for it to be delivered on Monday as per whatsapp conversation, they only delivered today. When they phoned me yesterday for delivery being today (I had to change my address, which was written down according to the driver). However, not only was it delivered today but it was delivered to the wrong address. I was not there, so my colleague had to accept it for me. When it got there... The box was open, and the products looks appalling. Not sure I would want to eat it - because why would a food box be open? This is shocking for me... Because I have never had an issue with you guys. Not happy at all.

I cannot express my gratitude enough to Anmor Funerals Begrafnisse as well as Aunt Ansie Fouche Engelbrecht , Uncle Mornay and Tian for being our guidance where we felt lost. For giving so much love to us when we needed it most, from 7 years ago until now and still going forward.
