I have ordered an item from Makro and been waiting on my order to be delivered since the 31st of December 2025. It is now 8 January 2026, I have phoned to Makro to enquire and they have tried to contact Value Express but nothing has been communicated. I have contacted Value Express myself and I was put through to different branches with no answer still. Honestly this is the worst expereince I've ever had with any courier company. Your agent Rosy sounded irritated with me because I am enquiring about this situation. I feel very frustrated with your services. Terrible is not even the word to describe yoru service.

The worst courier company!! I've received two notifications regarding a parcel I've bee waiting for since 29 July 2025. Both of these notifications have informed me about my parcel still being left the North Bay and will be delivered in the next scheduled day. I've been waiting for so long. This company is honestly the worst!! Mind you, I phoned in and spoke to a lady who told me that I can't even change my delivery address... What pathetic service is this? Why am I not allowed to change my delivery address? I Wil never make use of fastway couriers ever again!!!
I will definitely not recommend this company to anyone. I have been having internet connection problems since receiving the wifi router about 3 days ago and they are of no help. They helped me sign into rsaweb to do a system check and it shows there is no IP address. They blame Octotel and Ocototel confirmed the issue is not with then but with rsaweb. We will definitely be switching from rsaweb to a cellular network provider rather.
I have tried to contact rain but I'm not getting through, I have requested callbacks but no one is reaching out to me.
I spoke to Patience earlier on the phone to make payment arrangements and she got frustrated just because I was asking questions about the reference number to make sure for my own sake. I told her it's no need to be rude, she did not respond but I could clearly hear in the tone of her voice that she's frustrated with me.
