My account is closed but the app still shows installments. I want to open another account. Unfortunately this is the only way for this company tk get back to you. It's sad. The number 086 146 6324 gives asks you to enter your ID in every time. It's annoying. Cam someone please call me back.

After chatting to chatbot and getting no where I was eventually transfered to Sihle agent who could not even help me after explaining my query several times, I think she was a trainer because she was removed from my chat as the agent Zainoe advised after she took over that Sihle was taken into a meeting and she will be taken over, I then had to explain over again, what kind of service is that. First Sihle don't end her time with me, second this Zainoe agent asks me after I told her don't waste my time she asks me *Zainoe* How am I wasting your time when I just got the chat. Let's treat each other with respect please.* They are the customer service agent, I pay their salary and they have the audacity to ask me how are they waiting my time. Utterly disappointed and disgusted. This happened on the chat WhatsApp number ending with 9565. That's why I changed my salary from this cheap bank to FNB. Much better service.
Can I please have a paid up letter. I need it to get a clearance letter from Debt busters. I have been waiting. Trying to contact you. Even debt busters contacted you and you said 5/7 working days. We have been waiting. And my account still reflects with an outstanding amount on my hyphen profile. Cumon guys please assist.

I wrote a review this morning to complain about my instalment schedule. I was originally told that my payments would be finished in November, but the app still showed one final payment due. I spoke with Lauren this morning, and she reassured me that all of my accounts are up‑to‑date. I was impressed that she had already contacted each of my creditors before calling me back, which showed she went the extra mile. When she returned my call, she spoke confidently and provided clear answers, which restored my confidence in the service. I hope the clearance process is quick and smooth, as I’m eager to regain my financial freedom, thanks to Debtbusters
I was told by two consultants that I'm done with my payments end November but why is there still an outstanding amount of 754 on the app due December 2025. Pls guys don't set our expectations, I have been waiting for this day for a while three years. I want to be done now. Pls call me and let me know what's happening with the December payment when I was told November is my last installment. I'm very sad and a little upset. Yiu guys have been so good to me the entire journey, don't mess up now.
My entire 3 years of being under debt review has been very smooth. From communication to seeing information to calls. I know the process is long but you guys made it easy. I was satisfied everytime. I could get my information easy and I get a call everytime I make a payment. I had hiccups where I was not so impressed with you guys but even though my confidence was always restored. I have nothing bad to say about Debt busters just that I am almost done. Can't wait to start my life again. Debt busters is great because for three years I had time to learn more about my finances and how to keep it stable. I accidentally gave this lady I spoke to a 1 on the rating but I wanted to give a 9 because she was very professional. Pls change the rating to a 9.
