I bought 3 Mainstays Bathroom Mirrors online on the 12th of September. When my order arrived, one of the mirrors was cracked. I logged a return request online and later received a call informing me that the faulty mirror would be collected and replaced. This was on the 15th of September. Since then, I have been calling repeatedly, and every time I’m told the same thing. Yesterday, I was informed that they would refund me because the mirror is “out of stock.” This is not true, as my friend just purchased the same mirrors online, and I was also able to add one to my cart without any “out of stock” notice.
After writing my complaint here, the Complaint Management Officer, (Sabrina Horack) phoned me and said she would escalate my complaint to the ***** department for further investigation and update on my case. I am still waiting for the call.
I reported a ***** case in 2022 and submitted all the required documentation at the branch. I was given a case number, but to this day, I have not received any feedback from the ***** department. I am disappointed with the poor service your bank has provided. Last week, I visited the branch to follow up and was informed that they could not find any information in the system. They suggested that it may have been closed because the case was so old. However, how can the case be considered closed if I have not received any updates or feedback?

I have ordered 2 coats, size medium on April 11, 2024, I only received it on 05 June 2024. Below are the items I ordered, stay away from them. 1. Women's Loose Woolen Coatblack / M 2. Women's Loose Woolen Coatgules / M Both these items are too mall, it is written size 2 on the tag which I don't know if its medium, the material is cheap, more like a sweater, it is not the same as in pictures. The quality is really horrible, it's nothing compared to a coat. I am disappointed after waiting for such a long time to receive this nonsense. Ever since I received my order I have been sending emails to request for return and refund but nobody is responding to my query. I have also done the online ticket query thing but still no luck.
It is now 50 days without receiving my order and no communication what so ever from them. They are not even responding to my enquiries., I can't phone them, there's no phone number but an email address that they are not responding to. Their service really sucks.
Horrible service, I doubt they still suppose to be operating. I bought the ticket on bus bud website, from Durban station to Jhb park station. First problem I encountered when I arrived at Durban station they don't have offices, asked from other offices, they said APM does not have an office and they not allowed to load inside Durban station, they load outside. Some guy came and called us to go outside the bus, imagine people running outside Durban station to get to the bus, when we got there, its the hired school buses, the buses are horrible, uncomfortable without toilets, seats are not comfortable, not adjustable, no aircon, dirty unprofessional drivers.
I am policy holder with Icebolethu for years. I recently encountered a very unproffessional service from them. I had taken a tombstone plan as additional form my mom. So on the 3rd of Jine 2023 was having my mom's unveiling and i had communicated this with Icebolethu prior to the day arrangements were made and they were supposed to come on the day of unveiling to their part as per agreement, which was graveyard deco, coveing of tombstone with a white cloth, carpets, covered chairs, gazebo, still water and fresh flowers but they did not come. I reached out to them after unveiling and ever since I am not being assisted. Everytime I call I am exected to repeat the reason of my call, I am promised to be called back, they're very *********** and don't want to take responsibilty of what they've done to me. I have paid for this plan I need them to reimburse me for the things that they did not do. This is very disappointing coming from such company.
I bought a long straight full frontal weave, 26 inches, grade 13, 2 bundles and full frontal closure for R2450 in October 2022 at Shop D43, I swiped to make the payment. After a month a realized the the quality of the hair is not grade 13 , the was tangling, shredding. So I made a video of the hair I sent it to them, they asked me if I have a slip, I told them that I don't have a slip anymore since this is an old purchase but I explained to them that I swiped when I made the payment I still have proof of that transaction. After that they never responded to my whats app messages. I then decided to go to the shop for assistance, when I got there I showed them the weave and one of the guys who work there confirmed that its not grade 13, but the Chinese owner refused to help me and called security to kick me out because I'm disturbing the business. I also wrote my review on their Instagram but they removed it.
