Cream soda issues
We regularly order Mochachoes. Previously I've ordered Jos? meals for the kids and was told that there is no juice but they will replace with a cream soda. Upon inspecting my receipt I noted that cream sodas were charged for. It's this a scheme to sell extra cold drinks? I didn't take action previously, howevet today's delivery warrants this post. <br> I was told that they'd send a cream soda but they delivered with a coke. We don't drink coke.. furthermore the can is damaged badly. It's inconvenient to go to the store right now. Please rectify these issues urgently.

Advice for management
We went for breakfast during the long weekend. We are frequent customers on weekends and holidays. This time, there were no biscuits with coffee... And no condiments at the end of our meal. Had to leave with egg and onion breathe. I still tipped the waitress, but management should know that they need to stock up on the weekend, all kinds of stock. We were told that the truck with sweets hasn't arrived. Really poor excuse for management.

daylight robbery- parking fees
How do you justify your parking fees? I work at the mall frequently and spend a considerable amount of money on parking<br> For this kind of money, I expect someone to fan my car with palm tree leaves while I am gone and maybe even stroke my car bonnet.<br> I also expect one of your employees to be awaiting my return with a glass of wine in the car park.<br> <br> Call me asap as this is ridiculous...<br> <br> Nisaa
