Had a pending deal on a used Mercedes Benz B Class, long story short, money was transferred to the dealership on the 25 October 2025, to this day I'm eagerly waiting MY REFUND from the 29th October 2025 till now! When I phone the dealership, I'm given lengthly explanations whereas my bank account has NO refund from the dealership. I hope someone had warned me NOT to conduct any deal with them
As a loyal paying customer, Rain is starting to provide worse service ever, I reported to the call center from the 19th February 2025 about NOT having network connection, to this day the matter has not been attended to... Everytime I seek feedback relating to my query, I'm being slapped with the phrase "it has been escalated" Come debit order date, the debit order won't be escalated as it deducts money with NO Hassle.
1 of the most unprofessional and useless, ineffective couriers. I had a scheduled delivery appointment on the 15/07/2024 between 8-10 in the morning of which i confirmed my address and availability. Long story short, i missed my 11h00 work meeting and signed for card at 12h45, in the mist of my frustration, there was NO communication informing of the delay!
Useless service provider yet 1 is expected to pay every month, full amount to be exact but most of the time there's no connectivity
I wish someone had warned me about the **** service being offered by Cartrack. Been with them for the past 2years BUT had complaints from day 1 about level of service being rendered. Every day, every month, same old **** service but the debit order is always on time. One would pay a premium with a none functional unit and they don't seem to care as your paying. Sad reality is I can't cancel the 36 months contract prior as their cancelation fee exceeds the value of the unit in my car
