I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding the handling of my loan account. I had previously made arrangements for the full outstanding amount to be debited in order to settle my loan in full. Despite this, it has come to my attention that my account is still being tracked. When I contacted your customer service department, I was informed that there was nothing that could be done, even though my loan has been fully paid. As a result, this continued tracking is generating unnecessary charges on my bank account. I find this situation highly unprofessional and unacceptable, particularly given that I have fulfilled all my repayment obligations. I kindly request that this matter be investigated and resolved promptly, and that confirmation be provided once the tracking has been removed
I am appalled by the behaviour of Avalanche Tours during a recent trip involving a group of pensioners — a vulnerable group who deserve care and respect. The driver displayed shockingly rude and unprofessional behaviour, even using language such as “bull****” towards the elderly passengers. Even worse, he left some behind without checking on their safety or well-being. This is not only unprofessional, it is deeply disrespectful and potentially dangerous. After raising the matter with the business owner, Kinshka, I was met with complete denial of the driver’s unacceptable attitude and actions. This lack of accountability only adds to the seriousness of the incident. This company’s conduct towards elderly passengers is unforgivable. I give Avalanche Tours ZERO stars and would strongly caution anyone, especially those arranging transport for vulnerable individuals, to avoid using this service.
I placed my order on 24/25 July, and it was shipped promptly. By 29 July, it had already arrived in Cape Town. Yet, as of today, I am still waiting for delivery. For over a week, the tracking system has been telling me my order will be delivered “within the next 24 hours,” but nothing has happened. When I called customer service, I was told they couldn’t find my address — even though my correct address has been on the order from the beginning. To make matters worse, the agent I spoke to was rude and dismissive. This level of delay and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable. I expect my order to be delivered immediately, and I hope management seriously addresses the poor handling of deliveries and customer communication.
My mother is on a service plan and as she is told and reminded when her next service is due for her vehicle as per the service was due she drove 80km very early in the morning as an abiding 68 Pensioner she drove to get her car serviced and dropped off her car at BATES MOTOR SHELLY BEACH, and went on with her business to run her errands at the closest mall, as the day progressed at 15:00PM still no call from the shuttle that was meant to pick her up, but ran to a family friend who gave her lift to the garage its now around 16:00PM she arrives and goes to admin office to check balance of her car but saw the mechanics and spoke to the but n o mention that her car has not been services and apparently the necessary equipment was not even bought to service her car and she only found out then, This is POOR POOR POOR customer service and especially for a vulendrable 68-year-old pensioner who still needs to drive about 80 -100 km in the dark hours of the night, she was then promised feedback but no one contacted her until she had to call and call for feed back , this incident happened on the 17/07/2023 and they eventually called on 26/07/2023 at 8 am that they will pick up car in an hours time so that should be 9;00am again they did not pitch my mother had to call and call as she wanted to go on with her day and they where not picking the phone only for them to arrive at 15:00pm afternoon, This is really uncalled for her to be treated with such poor manners she has never missed a payment on her installments and she pays extra for this service plan. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE on all levels, really appalling.
