I have been with MTN for more than 10 years now and have 2 different contracts with them. I have never had any issues before until my last upgrade. I was **** to by the sales consultant who offered me an amazing deal over the phone. Despite them saying that their calls are recorded, not a single person has been able to listen to the call and actually get back to me. I feel like I was **** into upgrading and now they refuse to help me, I just get passed from pillar to post!

I would under no circumstances recommend this company to anyone for upholstery projects. Celeste is very quick to take your 70% deposit and then pick up your goods but she is not upfront about how long it would take. She collected my furniture without even having ordered the fabric for it, it then took 6 weeks for it to be returned again. She is incredibly rude and has a bad reputation for how she handles her clients. Even her suppliers say she is terrible to work with. She will lie and keep promising your stuff will be delivered within a few days but it will only be delivered weeks later. The fabric used is also of poor quality but I did not want to give her my stuff back to fix it as I was worried how long it would take again. Rather take your business elsewhere.
I used to shop a lot more at Takealot but lately I feel their service has gone down and they are now too expensive. They keep sending broken stuff and then I need to waste time to return it.
I have been shopping with Runway for a year now. They have the best deals ever and the best service!
