Guys dont support sound select they lie alot very dishonest people especially the sales manager Jade . He promised me a keyboard PSR sx600 for 16k to beat the price. Till today i haven't received a call to collect it and its been few months yet I was told it would take a few days. I got a quotation from his sales team Lady Shejay which he makes cover his dirty and empty promises all the time. RATHER support A1 sound these guys are honest and professional 👌

Terrible customer service. We were there today and the ladies spoke in their own language not realizing we understood what they were saying about my Wife being fussy to only want Tandai to do her nails. We pay alot of money not to be mocked by the supervisor that sits infront with the lady Kiara. Kiara is very pleasant unlike her supervisor.
Hi I just want people to rather buy from other musical stores because Music Mart in boksburg and fourways are totally big time ****s . They quote and promise you prices over the phone and when you ready to purchase they ask for written proof why don't they record calls and hear how their Staff members lie to us over the phone especially a guy by the name of Tino from the Boksburg branch. Totally **** customer service. According to the signed quotation and contract agreement, Vodaworld staff member Samuel Marema went to activate his own high figures because he messed up on the quotation so behind our back he went to process incorrect figures even though his Supervisor Motshabi Makau told him that he needs to process and honor the quotation he went and amended figures that didn't match our signed agreement from Vodaworld in Midrand. He is a fraudulent character to do things like this and that is why vodacom looses their loyal and new clients. Our Original Sign quotation is R1069.74 but Mr Samuel Marema the fraudulent guy puts R1490.54 to cover his back for the mistake he made. Now we must sit with the headache of contacting Vodacom to fix his mess up on our Account which is totally unfair and dishonest to us as customers.
Very disappointing and un helpful business. Vaughn Milton is the worst person to handle any issues he does not investigate correctly and speaks over the customer voice.
Samuel Marema is the most crooked agent ever. He made us sign documents thinking we going to get the A8 free tablet when purchasing the zfold4 Samsung device on black friday deals Dec 2022. We never read the documents and just signed because we trusted Vodaworld would live by honesty and integrity but we were proven wrong and robbed by Agent SAMUEL MAREMA. I pray customers don't get serviced by this crooked man as he doesn't live by Honesty and integrity. Disappointed by Vodaworld service in Midrand. So we now sit with the Loss of the Free A8 Samsung Tablet. Maybe this is his way of taking these gifts for himself and making extra back door cash. Wonder how many other customers he done down.
Samsung is a company with false advertising and promises sad to say but true from the service and experience I'm getting after buying their High end Zfold4 and was told I would get a free A8 tablet yet till today I received no Free A8 tablet . Their head office staff confirmed before I purchased the device as long as I get it from Cellc,mtn or vodacom. Ya what a bunch of liars
