Lenmed Howick hospital administration. My sister was admitted to casualty in mid October 2025. Although she provided them with a letter stating that her medical aid was effective as per date and no waiting period, they insisted she pay cash. As her brother, from Durban I made electronic transfers to the hospital and the specialist on duty. Lenmed also claimed against the medical aid and a credit should have reflected on the account. I went to see them in October, November and December and had to phone them today, 6/1/2026 to ask when I can expect a refund. They told me they had a financial year end and they did not process any refunds in December, let alone they were unable to trace the monies I paid over. Now furthermore, they only process credits on certain days of the month and I must wait till the 15th or the 30th January. The service is pathetic. The treatment is pathetic. I hope someone on the board delves into this delay to find out why they are so slack in administration.
After battling to get a Telkom internet change of ownersip done, I went to Pavilion Branch and was helped by Ayanda. Her service was efficient and friendly and I cannot thank her enough. Everything went of smoothly. Thank you Ayanda, you gave me confidence in Telkom after my disasterous attempt with the Bluff branch.
Shocking service. Broker unresponsive and always just apologising. Escalation to a higher authority, no feedback. My verhicle premium for a new purchase was escalated by 46% between the quote and premium debit. No phone call, e-mail or new policy received, no communication. Management simply sends my complaint back to broker. I am ashamed of this shocking service and won't ever refer anybody to PSG.

I have been battling with connection problems for more than a month. My line keeps dropping. Open view tested it, my equipment is in order as far as they are concerned, and simply closed the complaint. Mweb has been advised on several occasions now it's not resolved. The line drops on the box installed for fiber access by Open serve. It seems MWEB doesn't care about customer service anymore for they do simply not respond to resolve the matter.
