Bad service and claims
They never want to pay a claim they say that you are covered for Out-Patient Specialist Consultation Cover, when you claim for them to pay the shortfall you get rejected this is each time , try to claim they have some reason for rejection but on cover letter they don't tell you all of his We do not pay claims for elective and routine procedures and physical examinations like annual check-ups and consultations related to chronic conditions registered as Prescribed Minimum Benefit (PMB) medical conditions.

In paidn they dont care
I thought Discovery cares, but like evey medical aid they don't, i have had a problem with extreme bleeding, i have PCOS and the pain gets so bad that i can't walk for days, i bleed 3 weeks of a month, i was advised that the Merina IUD can assist by giving me some relief, but mu medical aid won't pay because im not 35 years old i am only 28 years old, they would let me suffer every month but won't assist me by getting the IUD done, i have 1 child that was delivered prem because my organs started failing, my doctor advised to rather not get pregnant again, even that is not enough for discovery to assist me in getting IUD, they don't care about their clients, they give you a savings account of so little but the medical aid fee they charge takes up half your salary, how am i suppose to pay for IUD if Discovery takes half my salary but won't pay when i need medical attention

Bad service not getting any assistance 2 months now
We placed a move order with metro fiber 2 months before we moved, i noticed my debit order did not go off and phoned them and asked why, they said after 2 months the move order is still in progress and they will phone me back its been another week mo phone call, i have phoned them twice today and they just say we will phone you back, i still have no WiFi or support from anyone, no one is even trying to assist me, i give 0 stars

Help please
Good day Its been 21months and still received none of my retrenchment money i also wanted to claim for my maternity leave uif but i couldn't because my first claim was not even paid yet , my daughter is nou 22 months old i was pregnant and retrenched while i was pregnant and still nothing was paid out to me , please help

Emergency Unit SUCKS badly
Never go to the emergency rooms, this would be the second time that i left without getting seen by the doctor, and my baby is only 1 year old , there was people that was stable with a busted lip but got seen before my child who struggle to breathe, they have 3 doctors on call and the emergency rooms was not even that busy there was, they always have excuses there, i really feel that i pay so much for a medical aid and then get goverment treatment there! At Durbanville Mediclinic they have excellent service and help you immediately, i will never go back to cape gate emergency unit again and i advice everyone to not go there because the help you get is really bad, 3 parents left tonight with there sick kids for the same reason another lady that was there said last weekend she was there as well and waited 4 hours to be seen by a doctor . They had 3 doctors on call now if these doctors can't cope call more in and get more bed because all of is pay allot of money on medical aid and cash so there is money to get better service, you are not a government entity. Your service SUCKS bad and i will be complaining to my medical aid about this aswell.i feel that this hospital needs to be audited so that they can upgrade the rooms get more beds and get more staf so that the people with sick kids don't suffer

Lying to customer to make sales
Good day, i am Very upset, elite mobile contacted me and offered me a Phone with 128gb memory and 50 mega pixel camera, the phone arrived and it was 32gb Samsung, i contacted Vodacom and told them please collect the phone and cancel my contract, i was told that its well with in the 14 days and will not be ab problem, after investigation i found they did not out my cancellation request through and now i am being billed for something i dont want, i contacted them the same day i got the phone and asked to please collect and cancel, the device is still with me and has not been collected yet how can i resolve this problem ?
