The dealer sold me a vehicle without disclosing a pre-existing condition or sending it for a Dekra assessment. Only after I noticed a water leak did they send it for assessment. Within three months, the car broke down, but the dealer refuses to take responsibility. Be cautious and communicate via email, as they have a history of altering statements and poor communication.
I logged a ***** case with Cell C on the 3rd of January 2024, up until today the case hasn't been resolved I am always told that the case is still under investigation, and they have failed to adhere to their set turnaround time.

I have been a loyal telkom Customer for more than a decade,I have taken multiple contracts with them. I think now its time to path ways. They will be Double Bill me in november with no reason and i never skip payment ,no explanation i have been speaking to thier helpless call center who are unable to give me clear feedback. ,I have logged a case (575254028) that have been pending for more than 7 days.
I have a service Booster with liquid capital. my car was due to change brake pads. I took my car to VW on the 4th of January 2023 at 7 am around 12am I received a call from VW informing me about the delay of liquid capital of not approving the claim. at around 3 pm I contacted liquid capital to approve the order I was told the person who supposes to authorize the order was on lunch, I then requested to speak to the Manager I was put on hold for more than 40min. since it was already late I have to take my car without break pads being changed. after multiple attempts of reaching out to them to speak to the manager I spoke to a guy name Nicholas who shared that they can reimburse my traveling cost I should book another date at VW. I managed to get a date with VW on the 18th of January when I called liquid capital no one knows about assisting with traveling costs, I then requested to speak to the manager Manager informed me that they don't cover traveling cost what they can do they will just send flowers I then requested her to send me detailed feedback on what transpired on the day of 4th of January 2023. she said she will call me the following day, I am still waiting for her call even today.
