I recently upgrade my contract and the sales person promised me an accessories voucher of R 1 000.00 within 2 hours of the upgrade. Nothing has been received as yet. This is probably a ****.
Woodford car hire just took out R 287.50 from my account for no reason. I had hired a car 2 months ago and no information given to why this was done. They just cant take money from our accounts. That should be *******.
Standard Bank Deceased Estate Division is completely *********** with doing a job. The team is clueless when you ask about any matter. I had to submit documents for my mum's estate which was accepted. Then the next email says document is outstanding. Their turnaround time on responses is a weekly basis. When you phone, they say that they will escalate the matter and cut the call. The passing of a loved one is difficult and Standard Bank just knows how to make it even harder to finalize a loved ones estate.
First time hiring a car and our expectations were exceeded. We got a free upgrade. Staff was extremely friendly. Deposit was given back within a few days. No issues. Will definitely hire again.
I can not believe how Sony Play Station has made PartServe their representative in South Africa. The service is not existent. You have to keep phoning and following up. They do nothing. I gave in my PS5 which just stopped working on 31 January 2024 which is under warranty. They only wanted the console. A week later, they said I need to come back and drop the cables, box and remote as they are replacing the unit. Then they said they got no stock.They gave me a credit which I redeemed with the original supplier and now that got cancelled and I have to wait for stock from them which was promised this week, which has now changed to mid March. Surely PlayStation should have competent representatives in SA since we are paying so much for the product. Can I just not get a credit and go to a store and get a PS5
Bird and Co Pizza on Florida Road is amazing. The saucy chicken pizza is a winner.
We ordered Pedro's today from the Newlands Branch in Durban. Normally the service is extremely good and we have ordered a few times. Today was a nightmare. We placed an order at 10:50 and we only received it at 13:00. We ordered a veg burger and they gave a chicken burger. We ordered a cheesy garlic roll. What they gave us seemed to be a rock with cheesy garlic sauce over it. We paid extra for extra basting on the chicken and the same amount of basting that normally comes on the chicken was given. The fully loaded wrap only had 2 small pieces of chicken. We phoned the Newlands branch to complain and after complaining to the manager for 5 minutes she says she cant hear us and cut the call. We phoned again and asked to speak to the manager, they cut the call. And again the cut us on purpose. On the 8th time we called we managed to speak to the manager who finally decided that she couldnt avoid us. This is extremely poor and frustrating service from a Pedros that we order from atleast twice a month. We certainly wont be ordering again.

I bought a TV on Black Friday last year and now it is not working. I phoned customer care and they said I can take it to the store. I took it to Makro Springfield and they said they can not book it in. I told them that the customer care said i can bring it in because a technician only works weekdays and I am not available on weekdays. They made me feel like I am being dishonest and like they are doing me a favour. Eventually they took it in after making me feel like its my fault the TV is not working. I will not be buying anything from Makro again. I rather pay more somewhere else than be treated like trash.
I cancelled my policy last month. They are constantly issuing debit orders against my account for no reason on a daily basis. They are thieves. Please do not consider joining iWYZE. I regretted it, I rather pay more for a premium and get better service.
