Planet fitness Valley View sold me a contract for my one daughter on 27th May 2024 and couple of months later on the 26th August 2024 my oldest daughter also wanted to join. Mzi the consultant told me on the 26th August 2024 : " NO DONT TAKE ANOTHER CONTRACT ON YOUR OTHER DAUGHTER JUST TAKE ONE ON YOUR NAME AND WE CANCEL THE ONE DAUGHER THEN WE ADD BOTH THEM AS DEPENDANTS UNDER YOU THEN THEY GYM FOR FRE TILL 18 YEARS OLD. " I told him I'm am actually disabled and cannot gym however he said it is not a problem the children will gym. Now after more than a year and around 15 times to planet fitness and a HELLO PETER.COM their head office phoned immediately and the problem was so called corrected on their side. With a shock I just went again today talking to a consultant Ian at head office explaining 11 times the story as he quickly placed the ****** back on my shoulder sending an email saying the original contract for my 1 daughter was never stopped where is my email proof that I requested to stop it, I tried 11 times explaining to him that the consultant Ian from head office that the consultant Mzi who they promoted to a level of manager at another branch cause of his high sales on contracts never cancelled thus my daughter now 14 owe R6723.20.....WHERE IN YOUR LIFE CAN ONE PERSON COMMIT ***** TO A 12 YEAR OLD AT THE TIME NOW OWING R6723.20, she will be blacklisted the day she turn 18. I know they are going to quickly phone as soon as possible I want all my contracts cancelled and the money my minor daughter owe because Mr. Mzi never did his job faithfully and truthfully yet they promote him and my minor child must pay the price for Planet fitness Valley View employees committing *****. I WILL NOT KEEP SILENT, this is wrong on ALL levels of *****, MISLEADING CUSTOMER, POOR ETHICS. Note this is no 2 as it is the second time I put them for the same reason on HELLO PETER.COM
Not trust worthy, use old motor part to "fix" you gate motor and not even properly/professionally check if it is working. ALL the excuses in the world not to be on time from 08:00 to 16:15and there are cars to be ******, women and children alone what if something happened to them or a car was ******? This man would not be able to carry the cost. POOR WORKMANSHIP, VERY UNPROFESIONAL!! Don't even know if they are VAT registered or registered as a company....FLY BY NIGHT DO NOT USE!!!
Vodacom Key West very unprofessional, quick when you to pay but poor to assistance. I am teying to cancel a wifi router (which I never wanted or used) that is combined with my phone. I only got a paper with a number writren on and that number cannot cancel my wifi but they continue woth the contract. Now I am going to reverse the payment and then they will jump cause I am going to another service provider
Scheduled a fitting on a Saturday 0800, phoned them 0830, only rep**** on the phone after 10:00 and promised to assist the Monday. They called again, Scheduled for 16:00 and then has the nerve to phone ans ask why I did not make the car available today (Monday) at 10:00 as "it was Scheduled for fitment" I ask no for the MD or someone that is not an idiot to contact me as I will not recommend them and going to social media now to expose their incompetence
Worst after sale service ever. Got the contract then 6 months trying to get my daughter on my contract but no help, head office, Noordheuwel Vally view, contact person, so called GM, manager nobody can or wants to help. *********** people
Auto & general trading under bettersure keeps on deducting a debit order for months after numerous attempts to stop the policy yet they just change the digits on the debit order and pocket the money, emails, phone calls does not help they just ignore you and take your money
Because of my skin colour no assistance and very rude employees. Took a day off from work to do my daughters ID then at 15:15 a notice came out the "system" upgrade at 15:30 so they will close, not because of the long weekend but the " system" upgrade
I keep on asking and logging a complaint that the driver must please put on his locator, I have asked about 500 times but to no avail....Mr D just take the money and no customer care after they enjoy the money
Very poor service, been complaining over a month now, network keeps on dropping in Noordheuwel ext 4 Krugersdorp but no one helps. Going to change service providers from this *******
