I sent all the screenshots they wanted, but now suddenly those are not good enough they now want a bank statement like it's never ending. But I can say, I know I have been playing on their site for a long time but now I think this is the last they see of me, it's fine they can keep that money God will see me through😭😭😭
I have been playing on easybets slots since the day the casino started and I was happy the whole time, but on the 31march 2026 made a deposit 1000 via ozow which I played with and lost, made a mistake and made a repeat deposit of the same transaction, which didn't go through but was taken from my account I contacted easybet for assistance with refund they sent me from pillar to post, I sent them everything they asked for but still no assistance.
After all that drama with ShopRite money market is still havent been able to redeem my voucher, I have been emailing them and I also emailed everything they are asking from me. Today suddenly they tell me now my email address is that of a third party and they can't assist me based on that. Like why is ShopRite money market treating it's clients like that. Is this a new **** because it can't be. ShopRite I need my money please you have played withe its enough now😭
I received a ShopRite voucher on my cellphone from the pay just now app. Was given *120*6564# to dial and redeem the voucher, went to checkers cresta they told me the money can't be redeemed because my money market because the money market account is linked to a different number than I'm using and I must phone customer care, I did and was given an email, help@moneymoarket emailed there was told I must send a photo of my id and a selfie of me holding my id did that, no help still, all I need at this point is just to access my voucher and buy Christmas food for my kids😭😭. I went to ShopRite sophiatown a lady there tried to assist still failed, after 3 days I went again to ShopRite sophiatown and nightmare continuous, the lady who was assisting me change this number I don't know tried phoning the head office and the process was the same I had again to take a selfie holding my id now at the store like in a ******** taking a mugshot, embarrassing as it is, I did it, the lady kept going up and down like she has no idea what she's doing, she would occasionally come back take the tablet they use at the store and just tap tap tap on it, open and close the tablet tap again and I was looking she was just tapping she didn't have a specific thing to open at some point I saw there was some internet shopping there because there were phones and tablets that are being sold and at this point she's not even looking at the tablet just tapping and looking elsewhere, after 3 hours of no help I decided to leave, so ShopRite, I was at your store with my physical ID in hand and embarrassing selfies were taken but didn't get help, this money came through the number I'm using why is it so difficult to sort this out?? Like I thing my id phone and phone number is enough info for you to use and this other number that y'all claim is linked to my account I got nothing to do with, I just need to be able to use my money, the money went through the number I'm using and I have my id but still I can't access my money?? I feel abused by ShopRite and disrespected. Your system is not user friendly, you app keeps taking me to the same steps, your WhatsApp even worse it's automated and keeps taking me to the same steps, your staff is not trained for this which is also not fair on them I think because trust me the lady who assisted me at ShopRite sophiatown looked like she didn't know how to assist me and kept going to the tills to ask other ladies there. I stood there for a whole 3 hours and still got no help. ShopRite money market, you hurt me, my festive was horrible I need my money and I need it soon. Come up with a solution to this because I needy money. Y'all are not reliable at all I'm so ****ed. I need my money. 3000 is a small amount to you, but it's a lot for some of us please I need my money. Y'all are not helpful at all
I bought my first wig at haircity during covid and the service was excellent. Continued buying from them to date I have like 10 wigs from them and their service have been so pleasant everytime I bought from them. Delivery on time, packaging on point. Communication on point. Will recommend this company to my friends most definately
If it were possible I was going to give the san hair zero star because these people did me dirty. I ordered a lace glue, lace glue remover and lace tint stick on their website. Paid using my pay just now app finished. Sat and waited for co.munication maybe acknodgement of order or something. A week passed no communication nothing. I went online and found their watsapp number and initiated communication myself and asked them to look for my order on their system. They found it and told me they will will ship it not later than Friday this is now almost 7 days later mind on their website they say orders are shipped within 3 days of purchase. On the Friday, I text to ask again what's going on, on then they had the courier company pick up my order and now it's the afternoon of the day I was promised delivery meaning i will only get my order the next delivery day, only got my order on Monday which is now ten days later instead of 3 days. Just wanna put it out there I'm dissapoiinted at this company and just how they treated me . Will never order or even recommend them to anyone. Sad for days
Hi there, my problem with capitec blocking my account was solved with a day of me complaining here, I would recommend capitec to a friend definitely, they just need to improve their departments services, train people properly, but I'm now satisfied with the outcome and I will continue being a capitec banks client Thanks capitec staff,
In March 2023, the father of my kids deposited an amount of R30 000 into my bank account for my children as he has not been sending me money to assist with the kids for a few months, my account was blocked by capitec after that transaction and when I went to the branch to enquire was asked to write and affidavit to acknowledge the receipt of those funds, I did that and submitted every thing I was asked to by capitec, weeks later I tried to follow up on the matter when I got to the branch was told I must submit another set of affidavits from me and the sender this time the documents must mention that I didn't know the funds were *****ulently obtained, again I did that submitted the documents, again after a few weeks of no feedback from capitec Bank, I went again to the branch to follow up, guess what, was asked again for an affidavit from myself that states why the funds we deposited into my account which again I did and this time I attached and emailed to Forensic@capitecbank.co.za and the response was an automated email, ok . I made a call to the help desk again to do a follow up, guess what, the lady on the other side of the line tells me again, to go look for the father of my kids and ask him for an affidavit and a copy of his certified ID which I already submitted, I want to know, how many times must I obtain affidavits and ID copies?? Everytime I try to do a follow up in dictated by capitec to bring yet another affidavit. How many affidavits does capitec need from me for them to assist me as their client?? Are these documents even used by cqpitec to investigate or they just enjoy dictating to Mr and tell me to bring a different affidavit everytime I make a follow up since they won't even come back to me with the outcome of their investigation?? I don't feel assisted by capitec at all. At the end of the day, the money that was deposited into my account was owed by the person to my kids, but where he got it, it's got nothing to do with me, and I can't monitor a grown man and ask him whenever he sends me money to feed my kids, where he got the money, Can someone assist me with this because I need this account to be unblocked because also I get paid my salary into this same account My life is stuck at this point. Please assist I'm not satisfied with the service at all.
